Horrible Experience with Air Care ? Do Not Recommend I had an absolutely terrible experience with Air Care. I ordered equipment over 2 months ago that I needed for a job, and they still haven?t sent everything. Their advertised turnaround is 10?15 business days, but they are way beyond that. On top of that, they are now holding a 20% restocking fee over my head and expecting me to pay shipping to return the equipment?which amounts to over $1,900 plus shipping?for equipment I will never even use. I explicitly told them that I no longer want the equipment because of this ridiculous delay. If it took this long to fulfill the order, how can anyone trust them when it comes to repairs, replacements, or parts? Their customer service is nonexistent. There is no empathy, no flexibility, just greed. They clearly only care about making money and not about their customers. Do not order from Air Care. Horrible, untrustworthy, and completely unprofessional.

The job went great overall. They were careful and very experienced. They have been around for a long time and the guy who came by was very experienced and knew about my system. They came in, did the work, and left everything tidy.

They did what we wanted them to do. They didn't try to buy and sell anything. They were very honest in saying we could have the cleaning in our duct, but it was really not necessary and it doesn't really do anything to the purpose we wanted. The heating actually was not sure about the hot air and the cold air upstairs and down stairs whether it eventually working or not, so they went up in the addict to check. Their business is basically cleaning the ducts, but they said I don't need it. They were nice and very honest. We didn't need anything as they told me that I had to put a new venting. The vents we have are smaller holes and eventually we needed bigger holes. He told us to get some and change the vents. The service call was $75. It would have been nice if it was $50 or something. They were excellent and were on time. I will use them in future.

I was given an estimate for the duct cleaning Then I learned that there is more than one phase to doing the complete job. This was not explained to me when I called to make an appointment, but I learned about it when the worker arrived. (I can't remember if he told me about the additional work or I read it online) I decided to do "the full Monty" as it were. So the price was about double the original estimate, but the result was great. The air in the house was FAR better than it had been.

Air-Care was excellent. The man was very polite and he did twice as much work as anyone else I've used.

I am very happy with the work that was done, the tech was on time and he cleaned up after, the tech explained what he was going to do and how long it was going to take. Great work!! I will use this company again.

We were very happy with the work this company did. They offer a full warranty on the work they do. The people we dealt with were fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. They made no real mess. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. We found that their pricing was very competitive. We highly recommend this company to anyone.

Tony arrived on time. He answered our questions and offered informative information on the procedure. When finished he cleaned up and left everything in order. Tony was very professional.

Air-Care just moved to the Las Vegas area and they seemed to do a good job cleaning the air ducts. They are a new company and they were pretty quick getting the job done, but I don t know a lot about them because they are new. They seemed knowledgeable and professional. It cost two hundred dollars to clean the air ducts and eighty dollars for the two filters.

Air-Care Indoor Air Quality Specialists used a super vacuum washer to clean my air ducts and I noticed less dust right away. I felt the crew was top of their trade as they explained to me what they were doing. They were also polite and clean and very good workers.
