 + -1 moreWorkman in the attic the previous week inadvertently damaged one of the C.Vac lines in the attic (resulting in a total loss of suction in the house lines). Mr. Koch searched through the attic, found the damage and repaired same. While at my house I had Mr. Koch install a new C.Vac line in the garage (for auto cleaning, etc.). A very competent individual!.
Description of Work: Repaired broken vacuum line in attic and installed new vacuum outlet in garage

 + -1 moreI called in after finding their name on Angie's List. They arrived within an hour, were friendly and professional, and fixed the problem within twenty minutes. I would have liked it better if they had told me that their service fee was $89 before they came to the house and did the work, but it all worked out fine. No high pressure sales, no problems.
Description of Work: The hose on my in-house vacuum system was clogged. They came and unclogged it.

 + -1 moreFairly well satisfied. Only two minor problems. First, the vacuum hose will not reach into the far corner of the Master closet (about 2 ft too short). Second, the pipe from the vacuum in the garage to the ceiling is not completely plumb, but not too noticeable. Work was done quickly and every seems to work fine.
Description of Work: Installed a central vacuum system in my existing home (2200 sq. ft). Included the central vacuum and supporting lines.
