ACTION AIR CONDITIONING INC.

We contacted this company because we had an issue with low airflow to the rear bedroom. They sent a serviceman out, who MISDIAGNOSED the cause of the problem. Three service visits later which included two other companies and the problem was resolved. Also Action’s man did a lousy job of cleaning up behind his work. The issue could have been corrected on the first visit. Our cost would have been between $600 & $700. Instead this ended up costing us over $1,500.00, and Charles Barker president of Action, told us if we are unhappy with their service, to contact another HVAC contractor next time. My airconditioning unit on one of my rental homes that was only 4 years old broke down in the begining of July.  The unit has had maybe 15 or so repairs made to it since YES airconditioning of Las Vegas installed the LEMON four years ago. This time (July 2013) I found ACTION airconditioning.  I explained to them that my tenant was 8 months pregnant and the air had gone out.  i told them about the history of the unit and what a nightmare it had been.  ACTION was very empathetic and move quickly to get the unit repaired.  Two days later the unit broke down again (keep in mind this has been an ongoing theme for the last three summers).  Action air went back out, fixed another problem that was unrelated to the issue three days prior and only charged me for the labor.  One day later the HVAC system on my primary residence broke down.  ACTION air sent Dustin to my home.  Dustin went to the unit and within 20 minutes had it up and running.  Dustin knoew exactly what the problem was and did not try to upsell in any way, which was refreshing. That repair only cost me $280.00.  About a week and a half later the air on my rental was broke again.  ACTION went there and fixed yet another problem unrelated to the prior repairs.  Two days later the unit broke again.  ACTION went back and spent hours trying to get to the bottom of the issues.  They tried to fix yet another unrelated issue but after several hours of labor it was like a domino effect.  They wjould fix one thing then something else would blow.  ACTION told me they could continue to try to fix all the issues but they recommended at that point that it may be wiser to replace the unit rather than continue to invest thousands into this one.  ACTION air did everything they could to save me from having to replace the unit.  They were not anxous to get me to purchase a new unit in any way.  I made the decision to have them put a new unit on the house.  they did not charge me a dime for the repairs or time spent over the prior two days.  They charged me just for the new unit and it ended up costing me about half the price of the LEMON that YES air had installed four years prior. The new unit was scheduled to be replaced the next day at noon.  the morning of the install my tennant ended up in the hospital at 8 1/2 months pregnant suffering from heat exhaustion.  I informed ACTION about the situation and the had the new unit installed and up and running by noon that day without even seeing a dime from me yet.  Today my tennant is resting comfortable at home.  Her and the unborn baby are doing just fine.  I own five rental homes.  I will never allow anyone but ACTION air to work on my HVAC systems.  Not only are they true experts byt they have a very humanistic approach to doing business.

We had them for the last 30 years.  Over a year ago the compressor blew up and it blew all the wires from the air-conditioning unit and they were here in less than an hour but it was not their fault.  They had it up and running in less than two hours.  They give their clients very super good reaction time and fantastic service.  Charlie Baker Jr. is the service manager and he is the son of the owners.

He was in an out in 15 minutes and was so nice about the whole situation.

They did a great job. I had gotten another estimate and they both diagnosed the problem and gave me approximately the same price. They were good. They were very professional and super knowledgeable. They had a better handle on fixing the problem and I felt more comfortable with them. So far it is good but it has to get warmer to fully test the system.

Action has been our company for close to 40 years.  They do preventive maintenance on our unit twice/year.  We normally have the same technician each time.  They replaced our unit once during that time and have always been very responsive to our calls.  I usually see a tech the same day if my unit is completely out.  I highly recommend this company in an era where there are many fly-by-night companies  out there.

Action Air was very responsive when called after the air conditioner stopped functioning.  They were at the house within an hour and diagnosed ths problem and replaced the compressor within a few hours.

Action Air has been doing rountine maintenance on this unit for over 20 years and have provided excellent service in everyway.  The entiire unit was replaced by Action approximately 12 years ago and except for routine maintenance and minor repairs, this was the first incident since being installed.

The have always been available when called and taken excellent care the AC unit.  They will follow-up in the fall to insure everything continues to work correctly.

The tech was great. He worked carefully, but quickly. Very good work.

They were professional and knowledgeable. There was no complaint with the guy who came out to do the work. The job went perfect. I will recommend them.

Action Air was polite and responsive throughout, from the initial phone call to the resolution of the problem. The office kept me informed about the progress of the scheduled visits, gave me accurate cost estimates and billed me exactly what they quoted me. In both cases, there was time pressure due to extreme weather conditions. The second visit took place on New Year's Eve Day! They sent someone out within two hours of my call on 12/31, and the technician made sure to complete the repair (including running out to buy a part) before the end of the same day so no one would be stuck without heat over the long holiday weekend. Action Air was recommended by a co-worker, who also had an excellent experience with them. For my co-worker, they worked hard to find him an affordable but sustainable solution to his failed A/C system. They have not let me down once, and I would recommend them to anyone for fast, reliable and honest service.

Action has been maintaining, fixing problems, installed new units for us for probably 30 years. We have never had a bad experience with this company and we would highly recommend them. They are always prompt, timely, and professional.

This company was great! They were here on a moments notice to provide the yearly maintenance on our air conditioner. They were done with in a reasonable time, the prices were reasonable and the professionalism of the men is above average. They have also recently replaced the compressor in it. I would highly recommend this company.

Action Air Conditioning provided good service to us through their manner and work ethics. They were thorough in maintaining our heating and cooling units and explained any concerns to us. Our units are clean and most importantly work properly.
