computer repair
 + -1 moreAfter trying to do this ourselves for several weeks, we finally gave up and had the professionals do it. Everything was explained in detail to us, and the computer has not acted up since the repair. The one thing we were disappointed about was that they did not ask us if there were any important files they should have tried to save. Even if it was not possible, they should have at least asked. In the end we lost a great deal of data. I called the company and there is no physical address.
Description of Work: Act Fast Home Computer Services had to complete a hard drive repair on our computer. It locked up, constantly, and would not shut down properly.
