We operate here in the Las Vegas valley and provide Plumbing, Air & Electrical services (see our Services at www.acea1.com). We are a family owned company aiming to provide services that meet our customers’ needs in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a high level of customer service after the job has been completed. In 2013 we switched our technicians to a tablet based dispatching and invoice system. It allows us to give you job updates as well as provide clear pictures of our work performed. In order to give our customers the best possible service, we felt this was a necessary step into the future of the service industry. We currently have 10 technicians ready to serve you and your home. During one of the calls that I made, the lady from their customer service department cursed me out. Even though they didn't come on the scheduled time, and made it impossible to reach them, I will say that the job was so good that I would call them back again if anything else was to go wrong with my gas line in the future.

It went very well. The rep. arrived when he said he would but also called first. This did cause a slight problem, as I missed the call, so he assumed I was not home. However, during the estimate, he suggested that I look into changing the trim which would save the cost and effort of replacing the valve. He even suggested stores where I could locate the materials. I did look into this but was unable to find anything that matched. I called to schedule the work. They were able to fit me in the next day. They did an excellent job of keeping me informed of the work, meeting the estimate, and cleaning up. They were careful to protect the tub during the work. They did not replace the drywall or tile, but this was discussed and agreed to in advance. I would certainly use them again.

They started job when they said they would and finished job when they said they would. Every step of the way, I was informed of what was going on and how they would proceed. I feel very comfortable in recommending this company they worked very hard and kept the disruption of facilities to my house at a minimum.

I was very pleased with his honesty as I feel he could have easily charged much more to replace the drain pipe and then when the leak continued, he could have brought up the loose tiles as another source of the leak. I will use this company again because of the honesty and integrity displayed by their representative. I have since discovered that the leak was pretty bad and I am replacing all the tile in my shower and will use this company to assist in any of the plumbing requirements I will have in relation to this project and any other plumbing issues I may have.

Incredible! There was an inexpensive exterior faucet replacement and a valve which was packed and tightened. I was not sold a new valve, or any other dreamed up possible plumbing ordeal. Ace Plumbing bought me for the life of my plumbing problems!

The plumber arrived a little earlier than he was supposed to and got right to work. He was a very well mannered individual, and finished everything he came to do in about two hours. The mess that he made during the job was cleaned up. He did such a good job, that we are calling him back for more plumbing work we need to have done. We plan on asking for the same plumber.

Ale Plumbing did a great job on all my drains. I think that all my plumbing is working better than it ever has. I like how they didn't leave a mess anywhere, as that can be a very dirty job to do. They provided me with excellent service.
