The front door lock was replaced and re-keyed. When the garage door was not done, I called and rescheduled. We had replaced the batteries and keypad still did not work. Joe said he would make a key for the door so we could open it manually. He had trouble making the key to fit. He even broke one off in the lock and struggled to remove it. When he did get the key made, he charged $85! The realtor was unable to open the garage with the new key. Joe was non-responsive to my concern. He said he had done everything right and it was working. The realtor had to hire another locksmith who said it was an automatic door and should never have had a key made! Shouldn't Joe know this?

Access Lock & Safe were very prompt at getting back with me. They came out the same day I called them and brought out several different styles and colors of hand sets to choose from. I was very comfortable with the man doing the work and being in my home. He did his work quietly and left me several keys to each lock. It was a very good experience.
