These guys were absolutely amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. I already passed out their cards to my co workers right when I got into work. They came the same day I called (2 hours later in fact). They were extremely friendly and nice. They were upfront and honest with their diagnosis and gave me all of my options to move forward. They gave me an option that the contractor my home warranty sent out did not offer me at all. They fixed my ac right then and there very quickly. They kept me up to speed with what they were doing and offered recommendations and suggestions. These guys are really good at what they do and without a doubt will call them with ac or heating issues in the future. I highly recommend these guys, no question.

10 out of 10. Im really glad I took the time to do my research and call around. I reviewed and reached out to 15 different companies, and out of everyone A/C medics was the winner. A/C medics was one of the first 2 companies to reach out to me, and out of everyone was the most transparent and willing to give me some general quotes on pricing which other companies were super vague about or simply didn't answer until I booked an appointment with them (charging a fee). I was immediately impressed with the interaction I had with them from the start. When they showed up, they got up on the roof quick and were ready to work with me. Initially I wanted to replace the whole AC, really out of desperation, but I calmed myself down and decided to do a little research online. The terrible intermittent grinding/screaching sound was just the fan motor. Out of the few quotes for the fan motor that I got, A/C medics offered the best deal. It was such a good price, that I immediately agreed to it. Im not going to lie, I was going to do it myself, but to have a company that had the experience, knowledge, and equipment, it made the most sense to have them do it. And Im so glad they did. I had a great experience and Im going to make them my go-to-guys. Thanks again! So grateful to be sitting in my air conditioned house in the middle of JULY!
