I called ABCD Computers after looking at reviews on Angies List. Pete got on the phone immediately and within two hours he was at my home backing up my computer and installing a new router. He was very professional and polite. I also felt he was honest. I recommend this company and would definitely use their services again.

They went and they took care of it. This is the second time they've taken care of her. I had no issues. They were honest and totally above the board with the problem. My girl friend had some stupid things in her computer. They were right and told me exactly how it was and I like that. The price was absolutely fair. They fixed everything that needed fixing with all the problem.

- The transaction with ABCD has always been polite and the work has been done in a timely manner. I took my laptop to ABCD because it was cranky even though I, was using AVG, I managed to get a virus. I asked that the data be saved. The response was something like, and quot;no problemand quot;. Within a reasonable length of time, I picked up my laptop and it was functioning properly. When I returned home I realized that the only and quot;dataand quot; they had saved was in my and quot;Documentsand quot; folder, which I opt not to use and keep my valuable research in files in uniquely named folders. I returned the laptop. They ran a program and were able to retrieve the data in my most important folders. When I returned home, I attempted to download Google Chrome and/or Firefox. Apparently, the Trend Micro Virus Protection was not installed completely and would not allow me to download any browsers. When I clicked on the Trend Micro Icon...it stopped at the first page and I could not disable or enable anything. So, I took the laptop back for the third time. Within a reasonable time, the laptop was fixed and I was able to download Chrome, Firefox, anything else I wanted and was able to open Trend Micro. A couple of days later, I realized that the Excel, Word, Powerpoint and One Note were not reinstalled. I was told that I had had and quot;trialand quot; versions. I am absolutely positive that I had the full version of the Microsoft office products and was one of the contributing reasons for selecting this specific computer from Costco. I was told that I needed to contact Microsoft and if I had registered my computer with them I might be able to get it reinstalled. I am really unhappy and is making Armando at Vegas Computers look wonderful.

I've hired ABCD computers on a couple of occassions. The first time was to set up a wireless router in my home and to get it running. The second time was to clean out some viruses and to troubleshoot some other problems I was having with my computer. They respond to calls quickly, schedule an appointment in a reasonable amount of time, show up on time to perform the services they're hired for, and handle things in a friendly and professional manner. They were more than willing to answer all of my questions. I definitely plan on hiring them whenever I need assistance with my computer!!

Their abilities with fixing pc computers is outstanding. I have recommended ABCD to many friends, and each of them were very satisfied with the service provided and ABCD prices are very reasonable!
