First met Mike through an ongoing insurance claim.  Abbott's was hired by my contractor to do all of the plumbing for the claim.  Mike was prompt and professional and very accommodating to my schedule.  After the claim work was finished, I hired Abbott's to install a new water heater.  Steve was my point of contact for that work and was very communicative, friendly and prompt.  He also wanted to make sure that I had a carbon dioxide alarm near the water heater as it is a gas heater and close to a bedroom, so safety was a concern for him.  This exceeded my expectations.  They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the work.  This was the easiest and best experience I've had with a plumber ever.  I will gladly hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.

They were excellent! They came and gave me an estimate; they dug up some asphalt around a pole in order to put in a new waterline. I already recommended them to another gal who lives near me. They cleaned everything up before they left.

Two years ago, Abbot's installed a new misting motor, which perfectly until recently. I called and had a representative out to look at the system within 48 hours (and when scheduled). The only problem was a stuck solenoid controlling a valve, which was loosened up with a few light taps using a nearby rock; then the system worked again as well as ever. Due to the simplicity of the repair, which took maybe ten minutes, rather than being charged for a service call, I was charged only for the transportation expense. Let me just say that this company is a and quot;class actand quot; and highly recommended.

Durring the 8+ years I have owned this home I have used several plumbers but have found Abbott's to be the one I currently trust most to be reasonably priced and reliable. Called them at 8:45 am, telling them that my Garbage Disposal had failed and needed to be replaced.
I was told the cost would be $275 and they could have a plumber there in about a hour. Bruce and his assistant showed up at about 10:00 am. They had the correct 1/3 HP replacement with them and it took them about 30 minutes to replace the unit, test it and clean up. All in all a very quick and efficent fix to my problem.
Only minor hitch was they charged me $275 for the replacement plus a $20 Energy Surcharge becasue of where I am located vs where they are located. I am located on the edge of town and gas is very expensive but it was a bit of a surprise. I guess Energy Surcharges are now a standard business practice as companies are force to pass on the new and quot;taxesand quot; they are forced to pay. They gave me a $10 discount because I am a repeate customer so the final cost was $285.
Durring the instalation Bruce did mention that more powerfull and more expensive (longer lasting) units are available but did not try to sell me a and quot;upgradeand quot;.

They were absolutely great and very caring. The technician had to track down the part I needed, but he was able to find it after about 10 days and brought it back and fixed it. The technician that I dealt with is Bruce Abbott, and he did a great job making sure that I got taken care of.

They saved us! We have a home warranty and a week ago we found our garage was flooding and also the wall in the kitchen. We called the home warranty and they sent out a different plumber. The guy did nothing but tell us our water heater was old and needed to be replaced and that it was the source of the leak. So he replaced it. Within hours our flooding was back. The next day he came out and told us it was just left over water from the leak in the water heater. He watched the water heater for about 10 minutes and said it wasn't leaking and that everything was fine. Needless to say it wasn't! Then the water damage guys came out and opened up the wall where the damage was. They immediately found the first leak. So we called the home warranty guys again and this time we requested Abbot. They have done work for us before and we were very satisfied. They fixed the first leak and then a second one that was found a couple of days later.

They are very good! They seemed like a good couple of guys, it's hard to find a plumber that is any good anymore! They were on time and they were very professional.

They were very good. I spent $160 only. I called them and they came out within 15 minutes. They were done in an hour. I would recommend them because they are timely. They are very courteous over the phone; even the guys who come out are courteous. I have used them before. I will surely use them again.

Great..it end up something we could do ourselves. Minor adjustment. Abbott has always been honest with us.

My water bill came; 566.23! If my wife would have known how to shut off the water, I would not be out this amount: folks, make sure all household members are willing and able to shut off utilities!

Great!! We had just begun to use Abbott's Courtesy plumbing on my parent's home (see other review) when I woke up to put the dogs out and found the side of our house had turned into a very large pond and it was running down the street. Apparently the large pipe going to the landscaping system had frozen due to the cold weather that week. Fortunately an employee from the Water dept was passing by on his way to someone's home and saw the water and me looking frantic. He was kind enough to turn the water off at the curb for me. I then ran into the house and called Abbott's and explained my predicament to Donna. As Abbott's was in the middle of working on my parents house I was hoping they could come out and fix this. Donna said she could have someone out very soon and it was probably about a hour when Kevin showed up to rescue the day. I really didn't think someone would be out that quick but I was grateful to see the Abbott truck pull up. Kevin was a Godsend as he not only repaired the leak but also went further and more or less staked the pipe so it would not vibrate so much as the force of our water to the pipe was pretty good. He finished by putting all the gravel back nice and neat. This is the second time I used these plumbers and both times they were professional, extremely punctual and did an outstanding job.

We needed to have a faucet installed and a tub drain removed which was solidly stuck in the tub and outside rim had broken and corroded. After trying to remove the drain ourselves it was obvious that it was going no where! We needed a plumber to do this! I called Abbott's Courtesy Plumbing and made an appointment with Donna the receptionist. She was very nice and got someone out there right away. The plumber installed the faucet and evaluated the tub. As we suspected they would have to cut through the master bedroom wall to get to the tub so another appointment was made. He came back out and had to remove a part of the drain under the part that was in the tub and then it all came out. With a new piece it was installed and looks beautifull! The plumbers were excellent, very cautious of the new carpet and put on the blue booties for protection. Since this was my parents house we had just renovated and now things are just right to put it on the market. Everyone was very personable and professional. I give them A++++++++!!

It was okay and the price was right. Everything was satisfactory.

They did a fine job. There was nothing that stood out about them. I have not had a plumber and so I read reviews. The reviews were good and so I tried them. They were very good. They did not charge me to come out and give me an estimate which I found was weird about a company that would charge for an estimate. Their price was reasonable although I don't remember as to how much it was exactly. I would probably use their services again in the future.

The plumber arrived within 30min of my call. He was very professional, and I was thoroughly pleased with his service. Also, the price was reasonable.

I think they are very reliable and prompt. Their plumbers have always been very polite and resolved the issues immediately. I recommend them to other Angie's List customers.
