The service was excellent. Ace and Ryan arrived on time and I was very satisfied with their promptness and their service. They cleaned the hot tub, cover, filter, and refilled the tub. They also used their own chemicals to reach the proper levels. I will definitely use them again for the next refill and cleaning. They charged $250 and this is very reasonable since I will only need the service once every 6 months because only two of us use the spa. I highly recommend this company and Ace & Ryan.

The tech "Jason" did an outstanding job. He was punctual, conscientious and his advice was invaluable. Overall, there services were excellent and I highly recommend them.

Jason arrived right at 9am.  He quickly found the leak, explained what he needed to do and the cost.  He was out by 10!  I am so glad I found this company  to service my spa.  He gave me recommendation on what to use in the spa to avoid the gaskets breakdown. Gone are the days of waiting around all day for service then getting ripped off my service company's. I have not had that experience with any company I found on Angie's list.  Thank you A&G

I called Jeremey at A&G Spa's on 2/6/2015. I told him what kind of spa I had (Phoenix) and I needed a new cover.  He was very knowledgeable and told me the types of Spas that Phoenix had made.  I told him I was going to bring my cover in (all the way across town) so it could be measured and we could see about getting it replaced.  He told me there was no need to bring it all the way over to the shop, and told us how to measure the spa - not the cover. He then put me on hold and went to check stock.  They had one in stock and we said we would come and get it . He told us about the dimensions and asked what type vehicle we had.  My husband did the measurements and we determined it would not fit.   Jeramey said they could deliver it and install it for $50. We agreed and set up a delivery for that afternoon.  I then had to call back and change to Saturday morning since I forgot I had an appointment Friday afternoon.  We set up delivery for Saturday morning at between 8-9 am.
Saturday morning at 8am on the dot!,- Robert called and said he was on the way with our new cover and he would be there in 30 minutes.  At 8:28am he arrived!   He unloaded and installed the beautiful new cover.  He replaced the old clip locks and also told me how to care for the cover.  Don't use Amoral use soap and water to remove dirt  and baby oil on a damp cloth to keep the cover in a nice condition.  Robert  then noticed we were missing a knob from one of the controls and told me he had one in the truck if I wanted him to replace it.  He then explained all the services that A&G provides and I was very pleased to have found company that can care for all aspects of our spa.  He even told us about a swim spa -   we are looking at perhaps purchasing one a few years down the line (maybe) . I was impressed by his sharing about where his company is located and all the services they provide. I am going to have the company saved on my Angie's List favorites.  With the service of this company we can make our spa last a few more years. It is now about 11 years old. 
The total came to $300 for the cover and $50 for delivery ( no charge for the control knob)

We have used this company several times over the last few years for our spa repairs.  They have been absolutely great.  I would not use anyone else in the Henderson/Las Vegas area.  Their pricing is very fair, the tech we have had has always been professional and very capable.  There is not one thing I do not like about this company.  I highly recommend them.

NOTE:  I am not a "member" so my review doesn't give them points which is too bad, they should be very highly recommended.

He did a great job. There was no damage and that's a big deal because these things have a tendency to leak. They were very professional and very competent. I spent $540 for the crane service.

They arrived on time, did the job very professionally and charged me fairly.  Can't ask fo rmore.

Brian and I started poorly because he did not make it in time for the allotted window. After I made a grumpy and not so nice call, Brian responded with profuse apologies and a reason to melt the heart: His kid had been injured and had to be taken to the hospital. We then started our now beautiful relationship.



Brian completed the house call, gave me the estimate and scheduled to move the spa the following day.



Brian and his assistant showed up ON TIME :), moved the spa, fired it up and gave me instructions on how to use it.



The next morning, I noticed that the spa was leaking and called Brian to relay the information. He immediately sent his guy out to look at it and determined that it was an "O ring." In firing up the Spa however, the motor took a dump and died. Now I was thinking that this old gal was going to have to be hauled out of my yard and I'd call it a day.



Brian however made me an offer to replace the burned up motor with a rebuilt one from a newer model and fix the leak for $200.00.



I now have a working spa and I hope it gives me a few good years before going belly up.

Jason repaired my Semi-sunk Spa which required removal of decking, troubleshooting the problem, repairing the system and putting everything back together.  He was very professional and had all equipment necessary for the repair.  He even had a replacement part for my spa that I had been unable to find on-line.  I heartily recommend this contractor.

Jason was able to come out in a just a few days to check it out. He was able to confirm right away that the pump was locked up and gave me two options for repair and cost. They pulled the pump to pursue the less expensive option to rebuild the pump. When they determined the pump was too far gone, they advised me to order the pump myself and they could return to install and to save money on the total cost. I would defiantly use A&G again if I have further trouble. The quick response, reasonable price, and expert knowledge on Spa repair for most all brands give them high marks.

My spa wasn't heating and had a couple of leaks. Jason the tech fixed it perfect in no time at all. The price was so reasonable that I was able to get new  cover for it too. These people are great. I recommend them whole heartedly.

The technician, Jason was excellent. Took the time to explain function and how to fix other items.

I called for an estimate on a spa removal from an enclosed patio area.  Set up an appointment, we were given a 2 hour window.  Bryan came within the two hour window and gave the estimate.  We agreed and within a couple of hours I was contacted to set up the removal time.  I did need to change the scheduled removal time because of a conflict on my side, which was not a problem for them.  Bryan and 3 other workers arrived promptly at the scheduled time, and set to work.  The doors needed to be removed from the patio area and the spa carried out the opening and onto an exterior patio, down a couple of steps and then rolled around the house and onto their flatbed.  They were very careful during the removal process. There were lighting fixtures, trees, the outdoor patio siding, satellite dish as well as all the lawn they had to roll the spa over on the way out.  They laid plywood on the lawn and then rolled the dolly carrying the spa over it, there was no scarring to our lawn.  They took care with everything from the spa removal itself, the transport to the flatbed and through the clean up.  We were very pleased with the AG SPA team!
(By the way, the guy that drove the truck and trailered the flatbed is
awesome.  He backed through a gate, between cars and the lawn with only a
few inches leeway on each side like he was riding on rails! No worries
about having to replace sprinklers or anything.)

First of all, serviceman (Jason) was punctual and very pleasant. I have a swim spa located on a covered patio. First problem, a spa cover did not clear a ceiling fan. Jason removed the ceiling fan. Next, one lifter was too close to a post necessitating moving spa (just a smidge).  Upon completion,  Jason instructed me on how to raise and lower cover providing me with suggestions to make this process easier.  Overall, this was a pleasant experience and I would highly recommend using this provider.

Jason worked on my swim spa for three days chasing an electrical issue.  Simply outstanding.  Took the time to explain everything to me as he went.  They will be my first call from now on.
