Everything went really well. The moving crew was exceptional. All 3 guys were very polite, professional and helpful. Highly recommend.

I have submitted a claim and they refuse to respond.  They claims lady quit and I have never heard back.  They sent a person to review all the damaged furniture in Georgia but thta company has never followed up earlier.  Consservatively, they lost approx.  $4000 worth of art and other stuff. And damaged the closk and other furniture, and now won't respond.  I will send them a deman letter this week an then have to sue them in small claims court.  It has been a terrible experience. 

I haven't had a good experience with any moving company I have used. They were late.

Their price was average, all the movers were within a few dollars of each other. They tracked grease onto white carpet in 7 or 8 spots. They dented the walls that I ultimately had to paint, however i did have a painter coming in right behind them. Their favorite comment was "whoops, sorry about that" and they refused to bring one of the pieces upstairs because they felt that it wouldn't come up stairs. I managed to get it upstairs with someone else. They also dented a hutch and they noted it on the report, but no one has yet called. I felt they were careless.

It went better than I could have expected. The movers were prompt, fast, friendly and upbeat. With moving being such a stressful day, they took extra care to be happy and also took very good care of all of my things. Nothing was scratched or broken.

The move went very well. The two men showed up on time and got to work quickly. I had packed clothes, towels, and linens in plastic garbage bags before I decided to hire movers. When I called to schedule the move I was told everything had to be in taped boxes but the movers were able to move all of the trash bags since it was such a short distance. I will never move myself again! Even though it cost more than renting my own truck, these guys knew exactly what they were doing and had all of the useful tools (hand cart, straps for furniture, pads/mats).

Great service! Everyone was very friendly, from the office staff I contacted to arrange the move to the movers themselves. The movers were quick and got everything where it needed to be.

Very good communication. Competitive pricing. Honoring the commitment in a timely, professional and friendly manner. Paying attention to details. Flexible with unscheduled tasks(some last-minute extra furniture-and really heavy, too!!). Willing to go the extra-mile with accommodating all situations. Thank you, guys! Way to go!

They were great. Their price was at least $30 cheaper than an estimate from another company for the same job. Two of the movers that came were super nice, clean and polite. It was just my daughter and I and they were very helpful. Nothing was broken, they were very careful with all the items. I was really pleased with them!

A Action Movers did an excellent job of moving us. Our stuff filled up the back of the truck and they made our entire move in one trip. They were able to finish our entire move in about five to six hours. They were very helpful and listened really well. They put everything exactly where we asked them to. My husband took care of the bill, so I am not sure what they charged.
