They are courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very kind. I get the same man each time and I really like him.

I pay $60 every other month. I like that they put down a product that is not harmful to me or my pet. I like the fact that it's harmful to the critters and the bugs so they stay away and they've all gotten the message so they don't want to traipse across the yard. I also like the fact that they go across with the broom and deweb and check for wasps; it's really a top to bottom thing. They are top notch. They are really good. I will absolutely use them again in the future. I've been with them for a while and I don't intend on going anywhere else.

A-1 Guardian Pest Defense service has been great overall.
When it is time for a scheduled visit. I receive a postcard to expect service from A-1. An invoice is left to indicate they have visited the residence if I am not home. I can call them back to my residence when additional service is required which is rare. Pests have been seen dead or dying after a visit, indicating they did a great job!

A-1 has come to my home for almost two years now. They have been prompt in taking care of pest control issues at my home other than the regular services I am contracted. The Service Technicians explain the behavior and issues with pests that invade my home and surrounding property that was unexpected such as ants coming in via the kitchen sink. They are courteous and professional. I usually do not do business with door to door sales people. However, I must admit that I have been impressed by the level of service I have received, and recommend A-1. Great job!

We have used this service for several years. They have done a great job. You always know when they are coming. They will tell you ahead of time when they are coming back out, in case you need to reschedule. They are always very professional and punctual. Most importantly, I haven't had any problems with pests.

Every other month they send me a post card informing about when they would be coming. They are happy to do even whatever I want them to do even if it is the outside or the inside. I haven't had any issues with pests since they have started coming. They do a nice thorough job. They are professional and friendly. They are happy to come back and re-spray if I have more issues. My overall experience with them has been good.

We used them because they came knocking on the door and asked if we needed any pest control services. I think that they did a good job because we are not having any bug problems. I think that it was a very good price. They came when they were supposed to.

I HAVE USED GAURDIAN PEST DEFENSE FOR ABOUT TWO YEARS NOW. I WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT NEEDS PEST CONTROL SERVICES.

We are happy with them. They come out on a regular basis. We pay $69 every other month. I will use them again in the future.

They also spray granules that are fairly low toxicity for the animals because we have dogs in the yard all the time. We haven't had any issues with the pesticides. It's chrysanthemum based and I think thats part of the reason the dogs don't have a problem with it. They remember to ask every single time for us to put up flags where we have vegetation that we don't want them to spray around and they reconfirm that every time. Especially in case we move or add flags. They are very good about that. They always ask if we have any issues in the house or they need to do anything extra. They've been very good. They always send a reminder a few days to a week before they come in. They will put a date and a time on the post card and if that doesn't work for you they list a number for you to call and change it. It's convenient. They come every other month and because it's a type of chemical they put in the yard they come out every other month and we are pleased with that. It doesn't intrude on our schedule and if there is an issue between the inspections and sprayings you call and they are out here almost immediately.
