 + -1 moreI wanted to re-landscape both my front and back yards. The owner was going out of town and said she'd get back to me Mon. or Tues., and that her grandson would take photos of the yard for her. I called on Wed., to find that the owner had forgotten about our conversation, but would have the photos taken the next morning and she would draw up a plan and get back to me on Mon. Now it's Thurs. again, and I called today and she couldn't find my file and had to call her grandson to figure out what was going on. He called me back to say they didn't think they could handle the project. Now, no work was done, but this was one of the most disorganized companies I've ever talked with and it makes me wonder what kind of work they really do.
