Overall, the job was a terrible experience. We thought we were dealing with a reliable source and it turned into a nasty experience with an unreliable contractor. His work was slip-shod and his method of installation was sub-standard. There was
no reason for his arrogant attitude.
The iceing on the cake was that he is a liar and is deceitful. I would caution everyone not to do business with Sun Off/Ben Shimon. He has not returned our $300 deposit and is a thief.

Window Treatment Service
I spent $1650 on that service. They were very punctual and they came out to give me an estimate and they were willing to negotiate the price. The owner was super friendly gentleman and is really an army guy. He did all the installation himself in just a few hours one morning. I would definitely use them again.
