I was able to schedule next-day service. Technician called ahead and arrived precisely at time promised. Job was done efficiently and professionally. Tech was friendly and easy to deal with.

Mike called on his way to my home and showed up at the front of the 11-1 window. After showing him what needed to be done, he went right to work and completed the projects in 40 minutes. I had called the day before for an estimate and was told it was a $40 service call and $60/hour. ..plus parts. My bill was $151 but reduced to $143 (senior discount) when I asked about the Angie's List reduction. The work was good, but a little pricey. I will probably shop around for future minor repair work.

The company was very efficient, calling when Michael was on his way. Michael replaced the pressure valve, was very nice and friendly, wore booties when walking in the house. Went around threw the gate on the outside of the house with all the materials, so that he would not bring any dirt or water in the house. A friend had the same problem a few days later and called someone closer to where she lived on the other side of town, and was charged $125 less. I emailed the company stating that I thought they were somewhat overpriced on their repair but never heard back from them. From start to finish, the job was completed in well under an hour.

Lawn Sprinkler Specialists did a pretty good job repairing my sprinkler system. However I haven't been able to fully utilize it as we have a water shortage here right now. The crew did seem knowledgeable and I am fairly sure that they did a good job. In result I can only give them B's until I find out for sure if everything is working properly once the water shortage is over.
