Had I known you were looking for them, someone would have gotten back to you right away. "Doug K, Thank you for your review. The reason for my comment, is because there is always two sides to every story. On your contract, you had listed "no backsplash" and had told the estimator that you would be providing your own, later on down the line. It was not until 3 weeks after completion, that you contacted us about any remaining granite. At this time, we went to look in our bone yard, and did not find your granite. This however, does NOT mean your granite was sold. You were never told that your granite was sold, or that we sold it "because it was in our yard" The reason I know this to be true, is because I was the person you spoke to last. I did not tell you your remnant was sold, rather than it was probably disposed of. We do not keep remnants in our yard for very long. Had you told us ahead of time, that you wanted the left over materials, we would have set them aside for you. however, you did not contact us about your remaining granite until 3 weeks after completion. Please try to think about this for our point of view. How on earth, could we possible keep every customers remnants in our yard? I am very sorry to hear you feel our company and our workers have little integrity. This saddens me greatly. I do however, thank you for your review, as constructive criticism is always helpful.
