I will be searching for a new groomer.

Very happy with services provided. Set up a steady appointment every 2 months

THERE SEEMED TO BE A PROBLEM ON WHICH DAY I BOOKED THE APPOINTMENT, WHEN I PHONED SHE DID COME LATER THAT DAY. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH QUALITY OF CUT, HAIR IN EARS NOT CLEANED AND TAIL ON MY MALTESE WAS BLUNT CUT, NOT FEATHERED THE WAY IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN. SHE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND TRIED TO BE ACCOMIDATING BUT I WOULD NOT WANT TO PAY 50% MORE FOR A CUT THAT WAS NOT UP TO PAR AGAIN.

Stacy did a great job on my two dogs. They are 4 years old and this one their first professional grooming experience. Both had baths and nail trims, one was clipped. She helped me decide how to clip the one in a way that would look cute on her and work with her wiry fur. The other one was scared of the dryer so she hand dried her. Both dogs looked great!

I had problems in the past with potential groomers not responding to my phone calls or emails regarding service. Stacy returned my email promptly and we arranged a convenient time for both of us. She arrived promptly and was very professional and our 2 dogs were completely groomed in less than 2 hours. It has taken up to 6 hours to have then groomed at a local pet store. Both dogs were happy and looked and smelled awesome when they were finished! We will definitely use this service in the future.

Stacy Sterling drove out of her normal service area to groom my Maltese.She got along with my truculent little boy immediately. She is so good with animals that my dog had a pleasant grooming experience. I hate waiting for my baby to be done at the groomers, knowing that he is stuck in a cage,which he hates,while the groomers play dosey do with all their jobs. With Stacy coming to the house,Magoo gets her full attention,is not put into a cage, and is into and out of the van in record time. I was impressed by the quality of grooming Stacy provided,my little man was perfectly trimmed and immaculate when he emarged from Stacys trailer. The only reason the price seems a bit high to most is the fact that Stacy travelled way out of her usual area,and with gas prices the way they are nowadays,it was necessary to feed the gas beast! I would recommend this ladys services if you love your animals as there will be only good things happening to your baby.
