I had had to turn off all water to the house. I called a plumber & discount sprinkle to diagnose water leak. Plumbers opinion was 2-5 thousand $$ tomorrow. 3eDiscount sprinklers did it now for $700.00. I was very happy. I am a repeat customer for normal irrigation tune ups. This is the company you want.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was okay. I was fairly pleased. They did a lot of extra work that I wasn't quite sure that I needed done. They were pretty good. He was pretty knowledgeable. They actually had to come back a second time because we needed extra sprinklers on each tree.  We only had one and they suggested that we put in a second one. There was quite a bit more that we had to add on to the actual purchase price. It was kind of an unexpected add-on. They came right away the first time and it was about 2 weeks later when they came the second time. They did good work and he brought helpers. He went over everything but we were not expecting all the extra charges. He suggested things and used standard equipment and put in standard things. They seemed to be a bit more expensive than we bargained for. I think we could have gotten it cheaper if we had gone somewhere else. They were here on time.

I don’t recall there being any troubles with scheduling. There were no troubles with the service.

Their pricing was reasonable. They just came and did their job and that was pretty much it. There was nothing special about them one way or another other than they did seem to do the work that we asked them to do. Pricing was probably a little higher than we expected but it didn't seem to be drastically out of line.

Did the services that were needed.  Prompt, courteous service.  Will use them again.

The father and son team were friendly, instructive and took care to do a fine job. When they came back they resolved quickly and though the issue was not their responsibility they covered it. I was more than satisfied and gladly recommend.

The irrigation inspection was no more than 10 minutes which I felt was superficial. The contractor wanted $550-$700 for a more complete overhaul which I could accept if we knew specifically of any problems. I declined the additional work.

They didn't provide much of a service at all. It was more a consultation than a "tune-up". Very disappointing. The tech was also very arrogant.

They spent time to explain how I can adjust the system myself and educated me on proper watering.  My first months bill after they came out was $50 dollars less (only 20 days).   I will defiantly use them again to maintain my system.

I was satisfied with their service that I needed them to do.  They were here for about twenty minutes.  I may look around for price comparison before I decided to use them again in the future.

The service turned out fair. I wouldn't do it again. Some of the hour was their sales pitch on what to upgrade, and do differently. I didn't have confidence in the individual, he was a fast talker, and not somebody that I felt comfortable in hiring to do more work. The initial price seemed like a good deal.
