A Cutting Edge Glass

Their work was excellent! The installers did not have the right size hinges for one of the doors and the other door had the Clearshield on the wrong side. They promptly informed me that they needed to take door back to their shop and would bring the proper sized hinges. They had the doors installed within a couple of days which was fine as I wasn't moving in for awhile. My new baths are beautiful and I love these enclosures.

The new doors look great! The guys were on time and professional. When I had a concern about installing the doors, they called the owner and he came right out and looked at the issue. Great company!

What an extraordinary experience.  Within 24 hours of my call, two of the most professional gentlemen arrived to measure for the new shower door.  We had just had our shower refaced with solid surface and the old door was obsolete.  These glass professionals were so accomplished and accommodating that we cancelled our appointment with another company and immediately knew this was the company we wanted to utilize. We then went to their showroom later that day and were once again impressed with the quality of the personnel that worked in the office.  All of our options were thoroughly explained and shown to us.  We then ordered the door.  A few short days (4 business days) we received the call that it was ready.  Today was installation day and Cutting Edge Glass did not disappoint. BJ and his crew of 2 arrived at the appointed time and went right to work.  They even washed the windows before installing the screens. 
I was concerned about the appearance, but shouldn't have been.  They're beautiful.  Since my home invasion a couple years ago I've been a little uneasy about someone breaking in through a window but not enough to get ugly bars (decorative ironwork??) on them.    I recently saw an ad for Guarda security screens that led me to A Cutting Edge. 
They scheduled me right away and were friendly, courteous, professional and just plain great.
There was one tiny error - forgot to remove the old screen from the kitchen window, but when I called, they couldn't wait to come out and fix it. 
Now everything is perfect and I'm happy to find a company like this in Las Vegas.

It was very good. They have good communication and they were on time. They did what they said they were going to do which is pretty rare in this world. The scheduling for the service was easy.  They worked with my schedule. They are not cheap but they did a very good job.

After my storefront was broken into in May 2014, we were in need to have 2 windows replaced. We called and called around the valley and the unresponsiveness of companies in the valley was shocking. We finally found Cutting Edge Glass on Yelp. This was the first company we called that responded quickly. We needed our 2 windows replaced quickly in order to continue operating our business again and also to feel safe in our building. They made us a priority. BJ, who I believe is the owner of the company showed up to our place of business to give us a quote on the window replacement. He was even running a little bit early and called us to give us a heads up to make sure that we were available. The quote took all but minutes, BJ was obviously well versed in his trade. He even pointed out that our entire glass storefront was in fact Plate Glass and that these types of windows aren't up to code with the city and that tempered glass is the requirement. He told us about how unsafe these windows could be if shattered while we are in the building. He helped point out something that was potentially hazardous to our safety and we were able to point this out to our property management company. BJ was very personable, accurate, and efficient. After the quote was given, we were immediately scheduled for the service. The two technicians showed up to replace our window and were seriously in and out in the span of about 20 minutes, and that was to replace two windows, one of which was a very large panel. They needed no instruction and didn't have any questions. Excellent from start to finish!

A cutting edge is a very professional group of people, I spoke with Windy and set an appointment up for the next day. Jeff Roberts and Wesley Dodson came out and measured and 2 days later my window was replaced. They did an awesome job and I would hire them again.

This company wasn't the cheapest to bid our project (although price was reasonable) but we eventually decided to use them due to their professionalism during the bid process, general knowledge and positive online reviews. They provided a custom shower door and full length mirrors for a exercise room and home dance studio. They arrived on time, used quality materials, and most importantly included us on decisions when issue came up. We would definitely recommend them to anyone who need custom glass or mirrors.

Found out our home had been burglarized while out of town. Flew home to find rear patio door window broken. Put cardboard over hole for the night and called Cutting Edge the next morning. The owner, Dado Radonjic, came over within the hour to give an estimate. He was thorough and explained things well. Since the glass is in an entry door, it must be tempered. 2 pieces are sandwiched together and installed between molding. He explained that the could do the job the same day but warned their might be unavoidable minor damage to the molding. We said OK and he arranged for installation which required 2 men. The workmen arrived on time, were courteous and professional. They completed the job in under an hour with no damage to the molding. Excellent work.
By the way I had called 2 or 3 other providers from AL, all of whom said they would have to measure and order the tempered glass, a wait of 2-3 days. We needed it done now.

BJ came to give us an estimate and recommended that prior to installation that the cultured marble be resurfaced to cover the blemishes and fill the old screw holes, if this was not done the holes and blemishes would be obivous. He recommended a person, this was a great suggestions the resurfacing made everything look brand new.The crew came removed the old shower enclosure, once the resurfacing was done BJ came out and measured everything. Three days later the installation crew came out to install the shower encloure, and
were unhappy with the way the glass fit, BJ rechecked his measurements and order new glass. It was well worth the wait, everything looks great and was done professionally. Customer satisfaction was a priority. We had other estimates and not one other company suggested the resurfacing, which would have been a nightmare if it had not been done. A Cutting Edge was not the cheapest but by far the most honest and knowledgeable. I would recommend them over all others.
