Nobody contacted me! I called A & P Roofing, never got a response or answer to my call. Guess I'll try Home Advisor or somebody who will get me a response.

Our home had the original 21-year old paint job on a two-story home. Peter Reid, Hector and the rest of the A&P team were truly excellent and exceeded all our expectations. Several other homes in our neighborhood were painted by different contractors. The others did not pressure wash the exterior before starting to paint as did A&P on our house. A&P assigned enough painters to the job to ensure completion in one day eliminating the inconvenience of multiple workdays. A&P offered both money-saving and aesthetic suggestions during the planning phase that resulted in a superior product. A&P accommodated our request for additional interior repair work (e.g. earthquake and water damage to bathroom walls and living room ceilings). A&P cleaned up after themselves and were always polite and professional. We are very pleased and proud of A&P's work. Lastly, Peter and his family are high caliber people who are hard to find today.

Peter came out and provided a quote on the spot. We scheduled it for about a week later. The crew was great, pressure washed the first day and painted the second day. Quick, efficient, good price, and the crew was really good. We are very happy we chose A&P and would absolutely hire them again and recommend them for any painting.

I had 4 estimates for my roof damage from a storm. Peter came out to give me an estimate and I interviewed him. He was upfront with all that need to be done and let me know how the work would be done. I was so happy with his interview and estimate that I decide to ask about his painting estimate. He was honest and fair. He and his crew showed up on time and did a great job. The painting also went smoothly. He informed me on all of the steps and the time he would start and finish. He let me know what paint he was using and even made an extra stop at the house to make sure I was comfortable on how to choose my colors. His painting crew did a great job and cleaned up beautifully. Both crews did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the results. They were prompt and finished on time and cleaned up. Their service was perfect! I called the company, the owner came here after 2 days and inspected the roof then gave me the price and also the inspection is for free. They were very nice and everything is wonderful.

Did a great job repairing my roof after some wind damage to the shingled section around my H-VAC. Also performed some basic maintenance on the tiled portion, and still came in cheaper than the insurance companies estimate for simply repairing the wind damage.

It was awesome. Have never had a more satisfactory experience with any contractor. They were neat, friendly, through and fast. Peter Reid, the owner, was friendly and knowledgeable. It is obvious he cares about his company and its reputation. His crew came on time and did the job exactly as I had requested and as he promised they would. I have no doubt that had there been any problem or issue Peter would have resolved it to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.

They did not even return my message to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Everything went perfectly. Peter was wonderful to work with and a man of his word. Hard to find these days.

Peter contacted me right away and we set up a time for him to come and inspect my roof. He arrived right on time. My son was home, but I wasn’t able to be there so Peter took photos of all the repairs needed and sent them to me along with explainations of the work needed. I called him as soon as I was able to and he explained In further detail and we agreed upon a price. He and his Forman come over on Saturday to inspect the roof again and make sure everyone was on the same page about the repairs and to talk to me in person. They completed the work today, Monday. The workers were right on time and got right to work. Peter called me when the work was finished and then came back later so he could show me pictures of the finished work and other things they had found. He also gave me some tips on roof maintenance. Peter was pleasant, considerate and kept me informed every step of the way. He was a pleasure to deal with.

My experience with Peter was enjoyable and seamless from our first meeting. He is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. His company team, led by Hector, an experienced and engaging team manager, performed excellent work; spray-washing and prepping the stucco with attention to detail and ensuring that all outside furniture was situated where it would not be impacted. My job took 2 days to paint my house and trim, along with painting the wrought-iron fencing. I highly recommend A&P Painting, you won't be disappointed!

Peter was a pleasure to deal with. The whole job from masking to completion took 5 hours! Hector, the foreman, was gracious and polite. Peter and his son were both on site to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. No payment required until job complete. I recommend A&P without reservation!

Perfect. Right on time, always let you know what is going on and what will be done the next day. Peter was by daily checking the work his men did and did not hurry to get in his truck and go. The roof is finished (on time) and he is coming as soon as my out of town and country relatives leave to do inside repairs from leaking roof water damage. I highly recommend him. Peter is not pushy either, shows you the damage and tells what needs to be done and leaves it up to you. After I hired him I found out my lovely next door neighbors knew him for 20 + years and after talking to my neighbors I knew for sure I hired the right man to do the job. You won't be sorry if you hire him.
