Home Security System Service
HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR OVER 12+ YEARS. IN THE LAST TWO YEARS THERE HAVE BEEN PROBLEMS. UNABLE TO RESPOND TO SERVICE CALL IN A TIMELY MANNER. SEEM UNDERSTAFFED AND UNPROFESSIONAL IN THEIR CONDUCT. 3 ALARMS NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. NEIGHBOR NEXT DOOR HAD ALARM GO OFF AND THERE WAS A BREAK IN. POLICE RESPONDED BUY A1 DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR 4 HOURS. SAID THEY WERE BUSY AND SHORT HANDED. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. ALL THIS OCCURRING IN THE LAST TWO YEARS. PREVIOUSLY TO THAT NO PROBLEMS.

Home Security System Service
A 1 Security did a good job installing our alarm system and they do a fine job monitoring it as well. When they installed it they thoroughly explained how it operates and have been patient with our questions. We are satisfied customers as they help us feel safe. The only down side we have found is that sometimes they are slow in answering their phone.
