I one time had a false alarm when I was out of town and the company responded and contacted the police. I know they do what they are paid to do. I have had no major problems with this company and overall, I receive above average services.

A 1 Security did not provide us with a desirable experience from the start. The owner himself was who I talked with and I explained that I was looking for a short term payment plan or contract and he said that would be okay. Come to find out, the contract he had me sign was a 5 year contract. I called and asked where the mix up was and he basically told me I was stuck because I signed the contract. He also told me if I tried to back out of the contract he would seek payment in full. It was fair of me to say that he lied to me and I wouldn't suggest anyone to use them. The price or the service was not an issue.

A-1 Security has been our alarm company for over ten years now. They have never failed us but we have never had any problems either. They didn't supply us with a panic button. I don't remember them ever testing their system to make sure every thing is working correctly either.
