The installer has major anger issues to work out, absolutely no patience at all, asked me questions that I had no answers for and basically treated me like I was being interrogated by the police/ There was a problem in the install (the remote wasn't working) he buttoned up the job, and told me he is done with me, and does not want to come back, He refused any money, and left.

When I contacted Dave, he asked for some information about my vehicle. Then said he would order the necessary radio, and come to my home to install it. WOW! HOUSE CALL! When Dave received the radio he showed up at the agreed time and installed the radio. At the same time I subscribed to the service so we could make sure we were receiving the signal.
The only problem I encountered was that Dave incorrectly set a dip switch during initial installation so I couldn't change radio channels. When I called him he immediately responded, corrected the problem and I now have great radio reception. I'm a satisfied customer and gladly recommend Dave's service.
