I had real large treadmill. They did have to send a couple of guys and a big truck. The people were professional and they were on time. After I made the appointment they even followed up with a call to remind me. The called before they came. They came when they said they would.

The process couldn't have been easier.  After selecting a date and time window online, I provided a brief description of the items I wanted removed from my house.  On the scheduled date, I received a telephone call informing me that the crew was on their way.  Once John and Rex arrived at my house, I walked them through the various locations and items I wanted removed.  They gave me a quoted price (which is based on the amount of the truck you fill) that was agreeable to me and so they got right to work.  After 2 hours of intensive work, they had everything loaded on their truck and were on their way.  I couldn't have been happier with the service.  The ease of scheduling, the promptness of the crew, and the price will have me using 1800 Got Junk again.

Removed 7 cubic yards of trash in just over an hour. Recommend 1-800-Got-Junk to anyone in Las Vegas.

They appeared on time and ready to clean out the cardboard, old appliances and other refuse remaining after our
remodel. While the price was steep, I told them that they were the FedEx of trash haulers because we absolutely,
positively had to have the place cleaned on that day. They hauled 3/4 of a Got Junk truckload. I can recommend them to our friends.

The appointment for services was made online with an easy to use scheduling program. A followup call was received from the company that evening to confirm the appointment and answer any questions. The day of the appointment, the team of two members, Ray and Mike, arrived ready to work, 1/2 hour ahead of the scheduled time. They were courteous and neat in appearance. They carefully surveyed the items to be moved and generated an estimate for me to approve prior to starting any work. They also advised me what they were not allowed to remove, such as chemicals, oil, gasoline, etc. Once the price was accepted by me, they began to methodically load the truck in order to get all of the items packed. The items moved filled the truck. They did all of the work, including the heavy lifting. I simply had point out what was to be taken away and what was to remain. If a question came up as to removal of an item, they promptly sought me out for confirmation. They worked so fast that the removal of all of the items was completed in a timely fashion. Throughout all of this they were cheerful and polite. At the end of the process the area around the truck was cleaned up and we shook hands and they departed.
I have used this company twice in the past and have always been pleased with their exemplary service. They represent the best in customer service. They are a little pricey, and one could probably get a person to haul the items for less, but I doubt that you would have the same outstanding service and confidence that the work would be done as well as they performed.

They were about 3 hours late of their original appointment, due to their previous appointment taking longer then anticipated, however they called the night before and notified us they would be running late the next day. They were trying to squeeze us in due to the smell of the freezer which I appreciated . They were very profession, efficient and great to work with.
