Inside, it's a very clean facility, modern, up-to-date. Staff is really nice. It's really convenient to my house. They have up-to-date equipment so I don't ever have to go in the bank. They have several offices in town. It's a national system. They're a full service bank where they have investments and insurance and all that kind of stuff. It's convenient.

I do not like that they do not honor customer loyalty. I have been with them since high school and they do not appreciate me.  Their interest rates are high compared to other banks and credit unions and it is ridiculous for the loans.

So far I am happy with them. They gave everybody a personal banker, which makes it a lot easier. They were pretty sharp and we were dealing with a small branch in Delmar, who would know everybody in sight even though they do not know names.
