The product is excellent. They were very good to work with because they gave all the information needed to be able to size the right solar fan for my house. However, I had a problem with the controllers. They would default & turn the fans off. They realized they had an issue with the controllers & replaced them for me with an updated version that wouldn't fault. They sent them to me, I installed them and haven't had a problem since.
