The owner, Dale Smith, always found time to personally answer any questions we had. He is an extraordinarily gifted Architect and personable individual. It was a pleasure to work with him and the work they did and help and professional guidance they provided was well worth the price. We have one of the most beautiful/functional homes in town. I smile every day about something about this house even little things; such as light switches that simply fall to hand and remember Dale, as part of his tremendous attention to detail, "as he walked us through our entire day" on the house plans, as they were drawing them up laying out each plug, fixture, and switch position. Smith Design Group came in on time, on budget, and far exceeded our expectations-they are great!
