Sammy's Firewood

We ordered 5 cords of hardwood from him on 7/4/2011 he said he would deliver them the next day. When he did it looked short so he said after you stack it if it was short he would make it up. So we haired a friend to help stack it and it came up a full cord short, so my wife called him and he said that it was the fault of his helper, but he would make it up and drop it off the next day. The next day came and he never came; So we called him and he said that he was in CA with his mother she was sick. So I told him to take care of his mother and call us when he gets home. Well almost 3 weeks had passed so we called him back and he said he was on his way home and he would drop it off at 5:pm that night, well 5 came and went and he did not show so we called him again and he said he would be there in a half an hour but that never happened. So now our only course is to try and take him to court.
