January 2, 2016: Furnace wasn't working well and Mark Henry HVAC came out and said it needed replacing. Came out quickly and was nice while quoting over $4,000 for new unit. Put new unit in and was to come back within a day or 2 to replace humidifier that was part of system. Canceled next visit and said part was on order and due in one week. Next week said that part was due in next month. I waited patiently. (February 2016) When the month was up I called 4 or 5 times and got no response. I finally emailed a couple of times and Mark emailed back that they were very busy and wouldn't be available for another 5-6 weeks. I replied that I'd see them then! March 15, 2016: I emailed (after waiting the 5 weeks) and got no reply. I phoned and then finally got an email from Mark stating that they wouldn't be able to complete the project as they've had employee issues. I replied that I wanted a phone call and needed them to fix the problems with the new unit. No reply from Mark. He likes to bill, but doesn't like to work. I would use ANYONE BUT Mark Henry HVAC. Being lied to and put off for 2 months is outrageous. Now new system needs another service company to complete job.
