About us
Located in Incline Village, NV and serving the north shore of Lake Tahoe, we are remodeling experts specializing in kitchens, bathrooms, decks, and siding work. We are licensed, insured and bonded to work both in CA and NV. Currently I have 5 carpenters and use subcontractors for all work that requires a specialized license (primarily electrical and plumbing.) Initial consultation and preliminary design work is free. For kitchen and custom cabinetry we are able to provide homeowners with 3D renderings of their plans. For structural work we have relationships with architects and engineers, but are always willing to work with professionals that you have chosen. We have considerable experience working with second homeowners, keeping communication flowing with phone, email and photos. We are able to handle the multi-tiered permitting that is required for most projects in our area. As a long time HOA president I am able to avoid the potential minefields of working in condominium complexes and other areas with CC&Rs. I take enormous pride in our work and am pleased that referrals constitute a large portion of our work. I have lived at Lake Tahoe for the last 15 years with my wife Sara and truly believe it is one of the greatest places on Earth. I am always willing to discuss the myriad of recreational opportunities in the area.
