Be very careful who you choose to do your real estate transaction and inspection.  Coldwell Banker Wardley and StructurePro is not your best choice.  Danya Gresham came across as the most professional, down to earth real estate agent.  She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and made us think that we were getting a really good agent.  After buying a home and selling a home with her, I have found that our best interests were not her top priority.  Do not use the inspector (StructurePro) that she uses, do not use her handy men...none of them really know the business well enough to inform the consumer of the condition of the home(s).  Our inspector did not find it worthwhile to let us know how big of a problem KITEC plumbing really was, therefore we are now stuck with a $10,000+ KITEC plumbing problem.  When a leak had been noted and follow up with the owner/seller (Stardust, LLC aka Joe Landstrom) he told my agent about a mold problem, but never got to the root of the problem.  Even after this knowledge neither Danya or her inspector even thought to mention KITEC again.  The KITEC information was not in our summary notes for the inspection and therefore since we really did not know what KITEC was, we failed to have another inspection to point out that our home did have KITEC.The seller did not research to find that Woodside homes had been in litigation for five years already and therefore we got screwed.  He said there was no litigation on the property, a simple address search would have saved us this headache.  An agent is paid to look out for your best interests and Danya Gresham and Jeff Sommers at Coldwell Banker Wardley did not look out for us.  StructurePro does not know enough about the Vegas valley to ensure his clients are well informed about the extent of the KITEC problem.We were ripped off and frankly I hope that no one else has to go through this.  You want a real estate agent and inspector who is going to go to bat, not lie and look out for themselves.  Do not hire this real estate company or inspector as if you do have a problem, the broker, Jeff, will do NOTHING!  Don't get stuck in the same boat.  Find another agent/broker and inspector.
