The wait is usually under 10 minutes. The vet is kind, compassionate and professional.

Dr. Reese did the procedures. Not much of a wait when dropping dog off for procedures, but this was the first time she had seen the dog and did not examine the dog in my presence. I had to ask her to call me when procedures were finished which she did. Not much of a wait when I picked up my dog. Dr. Reese gave me instructions, but did not tell me about removing bandage on leg, which luckily the tech told me before I left. I also noticed when paying the bill, that microchipping wasn't mentioned. It hadn't been done so was done as I waited. Dr. Reese didn't call me later to see how my dog was doing and never checked her after the operation. The stitches were remove by a vet. tech.

I took my newly adopted dog, Roscoe in for a wellness checkup. Dr. Natasha Reese was very friendly and professional. As was the entire staff. Very clean office and examining room. I would not take Roscoe anywhere else.

My corgi was having problems with eye discharge and irritation. The Dr did an exam and prescribed eye drops which seemed to help short term but the condition continues to flare up the Dr said she couldn't pinpoint the problem exactly.

I brought in a stray cat which had been dumped in our neighborhood and I have been feeding for a few weeks. He has lost weight and vomits after eating. The Dr ran blood work to try and find the problem, unfortunately the in house tests didn't show anything so we are waiting for an outside labs results. The Dr recommended a few courses of treatment depending on the lab results.

I can't go through the entire story as it still breaks my heart to have lost such a great friend!

Our daughter recommended Valley Ranch to us since she had had her two dogs cared for there previously. We took our 4 year old male Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix there to have a growth (lipoma) checked. The vet examined him and said it wasn't anything to worry about, but to keep an eye on it for signs of growth or other changes. The visit cost $40.00. She noted that his teeth were in need of cleaning (which they were). We scheduled a return visit for the cleaning for both him and his sister. On the return visit, we had the cleaning done and they included the baths and nail trimmings for $106 per dog. The dogs were groggy for the rest of the day, due to the anesthesia, but otherwise fine. The cleaning was excellent and he staff were all prompt, caring, knowledgeable and professional. The office was clean, modern and comfortable. We will return there for any future animal needs.

The facility was clean and the people were friendly but I would never go back. I felt that the vet was very careless in examining our dogs, she didn't check their teeth, ears, eyes etc., only took their temp and heart beat. That is not a year exam in my book. She also did not listen to any of my concerns regarding one of the dogs and within hours one of my dogs was ill and required additional care and they didn't seem to feel any responsibility for the problem. I will go back to my old vet which was more expensive but after this lesson I feel you get what you pay for.

They do a great job with our dog. We feel good knowing that she is in the care of veterinarians. The facilities are clean, they walk them daily, they take notes of special needs and follow through with them. We never worry when our dog is there.

They are very pleasant and very nice to deal with. They were friendly and very professional. There facility was very nice and well- kept. In terms of the price for the service, we thought it was reasonable considering the fact that anytime you take your pet to the vet it is expensive.

When I picked them up it was unacceptable to see the condition they were in. They both were cut and nicked pretty bad. It looked like amateurs had done the grooming. Plus it took all day for them to do it. When they originally said it would only take half a day. They will never go back there again for grooming.

Valley Ranch did an exceptionally good job with my pup. I have used them for quite a while for other things. I have never been disappointed with their services. When providing the treatment and examining the rash, they did it with extreme care. They were very careful not to hurt my pup. My pup is now free from the rash and is doing really well.

Valley Ranch Animal Hospital was wonderful with my dog during his office visit. I felt the veterinarian was very trustworthy and confident in his decisions about my dog. I'm uncertain as to their weekend hours; however, I do think they provide good service.
