I had 40+ windows to be done on my 3 story house and he did a phenomenal job in getting the windows cleaned after layers of dirt had been caked on due to nearby construction. He provides quarterly services as well, which I signed up for as I trust his work and appreciate how detailed he was in his work. He truly values his clients and I wish him many successes on his endeavors with this business. The results do show and my family is so happy to see out our windows now. My wife and I have lived in this house 35 years and I have maybe cleaned the outside of the windows two or three times with Windex or vinegar water, but never to the extent that Brandon at Upper Echelon has cleaned them. We are both thrilled to look out clear windows for a change. Brandon takes his time, cleans the bottom tracks, and removes any decals or stickers. They provided a fair estimate showed up on time and prepared to take on a huge job. The temperature was 106 and they were unaffected by the heat. They left our windows crystal clear even though we hadnâ t cleaned our windows in years. My windows have never looked better! Upper Echelon took their time to make sure every window was detailed with care. Cannot recommend UE enough!

I like the new system they seem to be using or at least new to me. Called the pole system where they use filtrated water shot through a pole and onto a soft bristle brush which helps get out the dirt out of the tracks which leaves little to no residue and made the windows sparkle. Basically youâ re getting a spot free rent and I donâ t see the residue thatâ s tend to be left when you use glass cleaner or soap.
