My floors looked brand new when done! Highly recommended

During the application the worker used our brand new stainless steel sink to empty his buckets and clean the equipment. The $450 sink is now ruined with scratches and a brown stain. Jack (the owner) came out and tried to clean it with a Magic Eraser Sponge but it didn't work. He said he would return but failed to show up and now he won't answer my calls.

From the call to Jack and him showing up the next morning on time and had everything he needed to conduct the est. When we accept his est of $567, he actually had to come back to the house to show my wife the stain colors for the grout. Rafael showed up at the appointed time and started the cleaning, after he finished he had a 45 minute wait to let the grout dry and started staining and sealing, after he finished I waited 2 hours to put the furniture back in the room. When I did that I noticed a couple spots that needed filling and called them to come back out. They asked if it could wait for the following day they would be there first thing in them morning and they were. Job done! We are very pleased with service.

Jack Waldron, the owner of Ultimate Finish Stone Tile and Grout is terrific. He and his men are punctual, responsive to any problems (very few) and did a great job of cleaning, polishing, repairing cracks in marble floors and granite and marble countertops. The floors in all areas have been restored to looking brand new. The kitchen floor had many black marks, cracks etc. It now looks better than it ever looked. They came back when needed, met with my son and came out when they said they would. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for good workmanship, reliability and trustworthiness. Next time you need work like this done, you should choose Ultimate Finish Stone Tile and Grout. Keep in mind that I was living in Florida and trying to get this work done from a distance. i could not have asked for any better experience than the one i had with Ultimate Finish Stone Tile and Grout. I have already recommended them to a friend!

I just bought a home with a 10 year old Travertine floor. The 800 sqft. floor had lots of chips, pock marks and cracks. I used Ultimate Finish and when I first saw the final result I was so happy with the results. After One month I'm very disappointed. The repairs for the chips and pock marks have discolored, lost the sheen and have shrunk. In short they don't use very high quality epoxy.

Went very well. All the work was meticulously done with attention to detail and cleanliness.

Steve came out to our home to get a feel for exactly what we had in mind, and after looking at several stone wholesalers managed to find several lots of Travertine that came very close to our existing flooring. The team he had working at our home was professional, courteous, and paid a great deal of attention to detail. Both Steve and his team are real professionals that take pride in their work and are great to have around. The final results were much better than we could have anticipated and the entire job was done on time and on budget. Jack and his team are great. They did all as promised. They were meticulous and very knowledgeable. Overall a great experience and worth every penny.

Work was done professionally and details were defined and explained to our satisfaction. Questions were quickly answered with detailed explanations. Extremely satisfied with the work and workers. Calling them back again, only this time with more counter tops.

We just felt kind of rushed and their price was a bit more expensive so we didn't use them.

They came over the day and time that was scheduled. They worked until the job was done. Jack came over to check the work and came back to make some small corrections that I had not noticed. He left sealer in case of accidents and I was told to call him if there were any problems. Great attitude, great group of people, and they cared that the job was done right.
