TUSCAN IRON WORKS

The owner called me at work saying he could not do the job due to material problems. He wrongly Interpreted my response as "accusing him" of damaging the materials. He was extremely rude, swore at me on the phone, called me names and told me to come get my "F" materials. Even though I told him I would come at 4:30, when I arrived, his shop was closed. He would not answer his phone or return my messages. The next morning he called and told me to come get my "S---" NOW! When I arrived he charged me $65.00 to get the materials back even though no work was done. When I protested he told me he owned my materials until I paid him. Then he literally threw my credit card across his garage at me as I was getting ready to leave. I never received an estimate, invoice or receipt for the charges. This is the worst experience I've ever had with any business. Complaints have been filed with The Nevada Board of Contractors, Chamber of Commerce and Better Business Bureau.
