The guys were on time and figured out what the problem was and pulled out old toilet and dried out ceiling and said I caught it before it was to late for ceiling, they came back next day and put on new ceil and toilet because my old one had a cracking and was old. By my request. Used these guys for other projects also. Highly recommend them.
