It went great start to finish

Todd is a meticulous worker. He did a fabulous job, and I'd hire him again in a nanosecond! My husband was initially concerned that he was not a contractor, but it didn't matter in the long run. He is professional, experienced, helpful in picking out tile, and just does a wonderful job. I can't use enough superlatives to describe how much I loved his work, and just Todd himself. You will not be disappointed. I recommended him to my neighbor and she was very pleased as well. The cost above is just an estimate; I don't recall how much I spent, but it was totally worth it. I got his name from a friend of a friend.

We contacted Todd based upon a recommendation from the store where we purchased our tile.  
He returned our call to set up an appointment within the same day.  We set up an appointment for an estimate and he arrived at the promised time.  He was very thorough in his evaluation of our project and his bid was significantly less than the other bids that we received so we scheduled work to begin when he had an opening in his schedule (~3 weeks).
He called a few days before to confirm our appointment and started work as planned.   Demolition went as expected and he always cleaned up the work area at the end of each day leaving us with as much liveable are as practical. (We had prepared our house by putting plastic sheeting over all of our furniture and cabinets to minimize the dust from demolition).  Todd and his assistant John were very meticulous about removing the old tile and all the old thinset to make sure that the concrete floor well prepared for the new tile. 
Todd consulted with us about the best pattern to lay the new floor and his recommendation was perfect.   Installation of the new tile took another 3 days and we couldn't be happier with the result.  Todd and John are truly Master Craftsmen.
We would not hesitate to recommend Tile by Todd to our friends and neighbors.

I had someone else look at it and they said they couldn't do what I wanted, but he came out and said he could. He was able to lay tile down the step on a curve. He did a beautiful job.

This was admittedly a very small job, and was completed in less than an hour. Several other tile companies and/or handymen had declined to do it because of its small size, but Todd agreed to take it on. He came to give us an estimate, and scheduled a return to do the task. He was prompt, courteous, professional, and my husband and I were very pleased with the completed work. We will call Todd again when we have other, larger jobs to do that are in the area of his expertise. I would highly recommend him to others.

He was very good and very reasonable. He even went in search for the correct tile for me. I would call him again in the future if needed.

Todd is a fine young man and did an excellent job. I got his name where I got the tile and would use him again. I chose him over several that I interviewed. I am very happy with my rooms.
