As a midwestener interested in purchasing NV real estate for the winter months, I contacted Vicki in June 2010 based on a referral from a home inspector. She put me at ease right away with her knowledge of the local market (Henderson) and her explanation what to expect during the search and closing process, particularly with short sales and foreclosures. Her patience and attention to detail was outstanding. After working through a couple of offers that fell through, we finally closed on a short sale that involved extremely difficult bank negotiations. Vicki remained claim throughout the entire process and we purchased a townhouse that is perfect for our needs.
