The Mor Group

Cassie and Adi Mor run the most attentive, conscientious, and helpful property management company I have ever dealt with. I have 4 properties and I have never had to worry about getting good renters or something going wrong with the property. They are always on top of things. I highly recommend using them if you ever need a property manager. Also, when you look for a property to invest in, they are great there too!

I first met with Adi at my home, after I called The Mor Group.  He was wonderful and told me just what I needed to do to get the house rented, as I was in the process of repairing many different issues due to the last tenant.  Adi was very helpful, and he even recommended a handyman that they use a lot, and I did use him, and he was wonderful as well.  The best I've had at the house.

When I did get the house ready, both Adi and Cassie came over and we talked over all of the different issues, and they answered all of the questions I had, and both were very professional and very nice, and put my mind at ease.  I signed up with them to manage my house, and they got the house on all of the rental sites the next day.  One of their agents showed the house, and it was rented to the very first people who looked at it.  

I also went to their office and met with Marilyn and Tanya, who work at The Mor Group, and they too were wonderful and very helpful.
The day the tenants moved in, Marilyn met them at the house, and she took over 700 photos of the house, inside and out, so that when the tenants do move out, we all know exactly what every part of the house looked like when they moved in, and there'll be no problem with questions of the condition of the house.  This also put my mind at ease.  I really feel that they got the perfect tenants for me.  

I also love the website that they use for all of the management financial statements, of income, expenses, repairs, etc.  I've use other management companies in the past, but The Mor Group is the best I've seen.  I certainly would recommend them to anyone, and encourage anyone who may think that it would be less expensive to just manage your rental property yourself.  I've tried that as well, and I would have actually save thousands of dollars, and so much time and aggravation if I would have had Cassie and Adi manage the house for me.  Truly!!!  The peace of mind I have now is priceless.

The Mor Group have been my property managers for two years and they have made my first time as a landlord a  very pleasant.  experience.  We are now in the process of buying another house and Cassie Mor has been extremely helpful in this endeavor. She is always quick to answer our e mails or calls and is very patient in answering all our questions.

I have now used the The Mor Group for over 3 years for property management services for my rental property.  The are extremely diligent and take great pride in providing quality service as well as always going that extra mile to keep not only property managers but also the rental tenants happy.  They provide excellent monthly updates on my rental property, and also work with homeowners associations (HOAs) to make sure everything is in compliance.  Highly recommend .  A+ service.

With the help of Adi & Cassie I got full value for my house and it was on the market for less than a week! They were both very professional & responsive to my questions & e-mails. They found us renters within the first month we had the properties.  They take care of all the details; collecting rent, making an necessary repairs and dealing with any HOA issues that come up.  They keep in constant contact with us.  They have made owning rental property in another state so easy.  They are trustworthy and very honest.  Great service.  I would recommend them to anyone. 

Adi and Cassie are very experienced in property management and their service just "blows me away".  Adi is on top of repairs as well as collecting rents.  He makes it very easy for tenants to pay their rent, and if they are late, he goes out of his way to collect, which is very important as a landlord.  Also, both he and Cassie are extremely available to me, which is almost unheard of in property management.
I will use them and refer them to everyone I meet.

We moved to Las Vegas without the slightest idea of where we wanted to live! Cassie was very kind and knowledgeable, she said we need to buy now. At the time we didn't know if we should or not, we didn't trust the home market much so we needed a well seasoned professional to help us. She made sure we put multiple offers in on the homes we wanted and we got our top choice! We now have lived in our home for five years and love it, we live next to a great shopping center, parks and walking trails. These were all things that we wanted to have real close and Cassie made sure we had them. We now have equity in our home in a rising market, thanks to Cassie! Our out of state family was interested in investing in homes at the time as well so we called Cassie to see if she could handle it and she said her husband deals with investment properties and property management as well. Couldn't have made a better choice, the Mor Group sold my family a few investment properties and manages them too. I am now happy to say they deal with the late night calls and any problems with the rentals making my life less stressful.
