I'm a relatively new customer of The Cleaning Authority but so far I am very pleased.

They did a TERRIFIC job!!!!
Every surface in my home was cleaned TOP NOTCH!!!
In two weeks INITIAL CLEAN "B" will take place.

Looking forward to a long relationship with this company.

I called, a representive came out gave me a quote and I selected a day of the week I wanted the house cleaned.

TERRIFIC!!

The cleaning teams that come to my house every two weeks are very efficient and thorough. They come in, get straight to work and are always done within the promised time frame. They do an excellent job and I enjoy having a clean house once they are done. The cost is reasonable for the work they perform.

They are prompt and friendly. He calls me the day before to let me know that the two ladies are going to be here. A couple times they've had to change their schedule and they've let me know in advance. A couple times I've had to change my schedule and I let them know in advance and he accommodated me. I don't know how the price is; I think it is probably realistic.

I feel that the housecleaning crew that comes out is always the same team and they are getting a little complacent. I feel their pricing is a little high. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

I never knew when they would show up. They had an open window of time. They did an alright job, not great. I do not think I will go back to them.

They only use earth-friendly (green) products, which was nice. They also use a rotating cleaning schedule, which means that parts of the house get more deeply cleaned on different visits and the whole gets a good general clean. They had to be the best cleaning company I've ever used. I owned and operated my own high-end cleaning company for many years in Hawaii and have very high expectations, which they met almost every time. The only thing I would have changed was the old style string mop, which I would have preferred to be rinsed out more often or have a cleaning machine that sucks up the dirty water. Unfortunately, they were a bit over-priced in my opinion for a 3 bedroom, 1300 sq ft home with only 2 people living in it. So when we moved into our 3300 sq ft home I couldn't afford to have them anymore. Really wish I could!

I have used Cleaning Authority for almost a year, and have been very happy with them. THey come every two weeks and do a very thorough job. The employees are friendly and professional. The cost is a little more, but worth it for peace of mind that they are a trustworthy company.

They do very good work. They are very good about working around my schedule, and I really appreciate that.

We've had Cleaning Authority come every two weeks for the last year or so. A team of two or three workers come and do a thorough cleaning job. Each time they focus on different areas of the house, though they clean everything. I trust the workers and would leave them in the house when I'm not there.

I did feel that the work they performed was rather well. They did everything they were supposed to. The only things I did not approve of were the fact that they would break things and never tell me about it. I think it is terrible that I am still finding little things hidden, that they have broken. If they had just told me, it might not have been so bad. I had no choice but to dismiss their services after this. The pricing was more expensive than other housecleaners, but, that was not the issue with this one.

Cleaning Authority is a very professional company when it comes to housecleaning. There is not really anything they will not do. If you just ask them, they will gladly do it for you. There has been a few instances were things had been broken, but, it was only minor things and nothing was ever hidden. They have always been honest and forthcoming with any situation. I am very appreciative; therefore, I choose to keep them around. They are always very punctual, unlike my self, so that is a plus in my book.

Cleaning Authority came to my house and did all the cleaning in about an hour. They did a very good job. I am in a wheelchair and it is hard to clean some things. I felt that I could trust them in my home. I have been using them for sometime now and they rotate their workers every month. I do get the same results from this company every time even though there are different people who do it.
