We are very satisfied with him. We've been using him for years since we've been out here.  We have no problems. He's very good and very punctual. I can't say enough good things about him. That's how come we've been with him so long because they are good at what they do. You don't mess with something that's working. We've been here thirteen, almost fourteen, so as long as we've been here. I am not quite sure how long it took because if we...basically outside and if we've had an issue inside, they'll come in. They'll tell us if we see anything, to call them. We've had in the past and they responded quickly. It's not like they'll say, 'We'll get there next week'. They'll say, 'Do you have a day open this week that we can come?' It's about serving us, not us serving them. It's at our convenience, not theirs. To me when someone does that, that lets me know they are concerned about our wellbeing and  keeping us happy. Not everyone has that attitude. Really to be honest, out of all people that we have dealt with, they are the best. There's a couple of other people that you have on your List that I have to say I am very pleased with also. That's why I am a member of Angie's List because you've already checked them out. That's comforting to us and the fact that we don't have to go and try to do a background check ourselves. You let us know that you are very thorough at what you do and that's why we don't mind paying. We referred them to quite a few people in our neighborhood. They are very good. I can't say anything negative about them.

It goes very well. The field mice/rats - I have not seen now for sometime. And the spraying has kept the insects way down. I can tell when he came and I was not home, all the bugs are on their backs and legs wiggling.

He comes once every three months. It is effective except for scorpions. We have a bad scorpion problem and they say the spray doesn't affect them. He is always right on time. He always calls and when he says he is going to be here he is here. If we need him to come in between times and we give him a call he always comes.

I have used him for a long time and if you have a specific problem you simply tell the technician and they will specially treat for it. I will use them again in the future.

They come every two months because we are on a regular service with them. They are very good because they will come back if you see any bugs and re-spray without any extra charge. They call just the day before they come out just to make sure you know that they are coming which is a good thing. Their treatments are pretty affective and they only come out once every two months instead of every month, so you end up saving money. Their responsive is very good and they stand behind what they promise to provide.

They are a small company and they are wonderful people to work with. I have been using ten years now. They are always on time and they work with you to find a time that is convenient. I would not want you to print the price because in ten years I am sure their rate has gone up due to the increase in the price of gas and chemicals and they continue to charge me the same rate that they charged when I started using them ten years ago.

They are very thorough when they spray, so that we never have any problems. If anything does come up, they will come right out and re-spray at no additional charge. Depending on the time of the year, they will spray the inside of the house but they do not do it every time they come out.

I have my inside and outside sprayed every two months to control the earwig and cockroach problem. The service people from the Bug Doctor are professional, punctual and keep the earwig and cockroach problem under control by spraying every second month. I am pleased with the customer service we receive and the company is great to stand behind their work with reasonable monthly rates.

Bug Doctor called to remind us they were coming and made sure the timing was still good. They arrived within fifteen minutes of the expected time and answered all of our question and explained how the spray worked. They were knowledgeable and friendly and did what they were paid to do.
