TempRite Air Conditioning & Heating is a full service HVAC company providing service to all residential and commercial customers. TempRite provides all Angie's list customers with a 10% discount on all repairs. TempRite has a $75.00 diagnostic fee that is waived when work is performed by TempRite. We offer same day service as well as emergency service (after hours and holidays), and all work is warrantied for at least 1 year.

I hadn't had the units serviced since installation, so I ordered the service package through Angie's list. They found problems with my duct seals and two leaking capacitors, as well as switch contacts that were getting sketchy. They changed the contacts and the capacitors, and resealed the ducts, on both units. Both are working great.
I will definitely call them the next time I need A/C service.
I think their price is better than the average but it?s not a big difference. The quality of work is normally an ?A?.
TempRite Air Conditioning & Heating LLC was the only company, of the 3 quotes I obtained, that could provide higher than 13 SEER rated Bryant (Carrier) air conditioners. I learned later that only manufacturer trained technician companies are authorized to sell 16 SEER and above rated air conditioners. Everything from initial contact via email, walk thru appointment, same day detailed written quote, installation start and completion dates were provided in a timely and accurate manner.
Although my current gas water heater was only 6 years old and in working order Temprite sweetened quote by offering to include a replacement gas water heater (installed) for only an additional $400.00.
Contractor arrived on site as scheduled at 8AM on 7 April 2014 and completed installation of the readily accessible downstairs split unit air conditioner, furnace gas water heater the same day. The difficult to access attic unit required an additional full day to complete. At times there were up to 5 technicians on site at any one time. Employees took care not to damage floors by installing temporary runners throughout the work area. It was obvious from the workmanship flushing out the existing in wall copper lines, pressure testing existing lines, electrical wiring installation and duct work that each and every employee took pride in their work. I later found out that a number of the employees have been with Temprite for 10+ years and are family related. This explained my positive customer experience in all aspects of the project from the receptionist answering my numerous phone calls, to installer?s craftsmanship and management?s professionalism.
I had the opportunity to visit the Temprite work bays when I went to sign the NO advance payment contract. Prospective customers should ask to visit the staging area behind the office. Work areas reflect the same cleanliness, organization and professionalism carried to the work site.
