We had been without heat for three weeks, and I called to get quotes from three different companies. My estimates were to replace two fan motors and repair my duct work. My three estimates were $1725, $1437 and $785. Well I choose the lowest and was very happy I did. Eric showed up on time gave me his estimate of $785 and I couldn't believe it was half the price. He took pictures and showed me what needed to be repaired. I accepted his estimate he ordered the motors and the next day showed up on time and that night I had HEAT. YEAH! He told me that my unit should be serviced twice a year once before summer and once before winter, he informed me that this would help reduce my energy bill and increase the life of my unit. He set me up on this maintenance plan and now I don't have to worry about it, He said they would call set up appointments for me every year when my maintenance was due. No worries now.
