Sun City Garage Doors

My mind is blown by how quick and complete this company is. Called Sun City Garage Doors at 11:50 to request a quote, and by 1:45 had a very professional tech, Jared, come out to assess my issue. Right away he pointed out my spring had broken and that was the main issue. My door was old, and someone had run their car into it before we moved in, the cables were old and wearing out, and the old rollers were worn out, etc (my house was built in 1992) and he explained the strain it was probably putting on the spring in the first place. I could see everything he showed me, and he was correct. He explained very well how my door worked, what it needed, and the different price packages. He never tried to pressure me into spending more than what it needed (a new spring). But because we didn’t want to put all that strain on a new spring, we optioned for a new door/springs/rollers/cables/hinges/etc as a price package. To our surprise, he said he could do it right away! By 5:15 I had a brand new fully functional working door with all new parts. It looks great! He even showed me how to service the door and parts to increase the life of the new door. VERY professional, courteous, and friendly. Would 1000% recommend this company and the technician for anyone needing service!

These guys will try to rip you off as much as they can. When they came to do a service to just put the door on its track since it hit a box going up and came off, they began to tell me that I needed to replace just about everything. This included the garage door panels, the track for it, the drums, and put a mounting bar across. Basically everything but motor which they suggested it was old and needed to be replaced. Little did the guy know I had the drums replaced about a year ago when my garage won't open. This guy then proceeded to call me a lair and demanded to see receipts after he attempted to quote me thousands of dollars in repairs. I ended up calling someone else and they were able to get it back on its track , without any replacement parts needed for a fraction of the quote. Be very leary with these guys and get a second opinion!

They were here within two hours of original contact and repaired the door within 30 minutes at original quote

Sun City Garage Doors was awesome. Called in the morning to have a garage door spring replaced, they sent a tech out 3 hours later who replaced the spring for a very reasonable price. Would definitely use again.

The representative Clay was earlier than anticipated and true to form as with the previous associates, they are extremely knowledgeable, explain the issue and recommendations. The work was done within an hour. Used them when the Spring broke and when the Opener broke down. Wouldn't call anyone else.

Kevin diagnosed the problem and told us our options. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to sell us on anything particular. Very professional and friendly.

My garage door main spring broke. They came out same day to fix it. It was fast and they did a regular maintenance while they were there. He recommended some additional maintenance and was not pushy about it. I had the work done and my garage door runs much smoother and quieter now.

They were quick and to the point and finished the repair the same day.

The replacement springs were installed the same afternoon I called. The original service call went well. Kevin followed up soon afterward to install new sensors as they were required. Kevin was professional, pleasant and meticulous. He is an excellent installer and representative of Sun City Garage Doors!

Will arrived on time and had the parts required to fix the door. He said it could be fixed in 30 minutes and he was done in that time.

The rollers on my garage door came out of the tracks and I couldn't shut the garage door. They had a repairman, TJ out to my house in under an hour. He was professional and able to fix the problem quickly.

My car rear view mirror whacked my door roller track, bending it so the door would not go door. My phone call to Sun City was answered with concern. A staff member quickly appeared, replaced the track, and conducted routine maintenance. All with a smile and no smirks about my running into the framework. Love those guys! They’re the best!!!
