An awful experience. All seemed well during the initial property walk and price quote. To sum up the experience: Owen owner was incredibly unreliable. There was no type of schedule, and any times that they said they would be there, they were several hours late or even cancelled without notification to us until we texted in the late afternoon with the assumption that they weren't coming. A real hassle for me to stay home all day expecting to let them in, only to be stood up. Work was sloppy and there were no managers on our property to check on progress, so sometimes the guys would come and work for an hour and then leave with no notification. When we made small complaints about our issues with the work (walkway came out way too tall, and will require us to buy extra rock to level everything out, and front entry way steps were uneven and not compliant with codes), they gave us one excuse after the next, and had a bad attitude about fixing everything. We wouldn't hear from them for days at a time when our house was a construction zone. They did not even attempt to seal off the area when demolishing the existing concrete steps in our foyer --which left a very thick layer of white dust on every surface throughout our 3500 sq ft home that I had to clean by hand. The amount of dust in the air still lingers many months later, and caused myself and my dogs to have a horrendous cough for weeks. It boiled down to my husband getting into a very heated and loud argument at 7AM about the unprofessional manner in which Owen was running things ( I was scared that I'd need to call the cops because of how aggressive Owen was getting with my husband). We paid them just to wipe our hands of the situation but I would absolutely not recommend this company by any means and don't know how they are still in business.

Crew arrived on date specified and began to strip off old finish on pool deck. They taped-off and put plastic on the pool surface to protect pool water as much as possible. The were very meticulous in getting all the old finish off the concrete deck (took them over 1 day just to remove old lacquer finish). Added shading to stamped deck; applied new urethane finish. They also repaired a small damaged area on our stamped concrete patio. Crew cleaned up after themselves and was very neat (as neat as can be expected)
