They came out prompt and didn't obtain a permit or didn't do what was required by the county. They only replaced the water heater and not anything else. They charged me $1189 for just replacing the unit.

They were wonderful. They came right out found the problem, gave me an estimate, and stuck with it. They had to make pieces special just for the type of plumbing I have and they didn t even charge me extra for it.

Overall, poor, F grade. Hose bib leaked and plumber had to be called back 3 times. Tee system installed improperly. Faucet installed 8" from power outlet. After pointing it out to the kid plumber, he told me I had to call the office. Took 3 weeks for them to show up to fix and then they did not install the proper Tee.
