"Hi [Member Name Removed]: Thank you for the kind and thoughtful review. We appreciate the positive feedback and the good experience you had with our firm. We hope that you consider us in the future again, should the need arise. Again, thank you for the feedback."
"Thank you for the A grade. It was a pleasure working with you and bringing your home up to more current electrical codes."
"Thank you for the review. It seems that that overall, you were happy with our work. Which makes us wonder why we did not receive an 'A' grade. Please let us know what we can do to get an 'A' grade from you. Thank you."
"Thank you very much for the kind, thoughtful, and appreciative review. As you know, we have done business with you for many years and we have always enjoyed working for you. You are certainly by far, one of our favorite clients and it is always a pleasure to hear from you. Thank you again, and we look forward to serving you again for many more years!!!!"
"Thank you for the kind and revised feedback. We appreciated working for you and look forward to serving you again in the future."
"We are very sorry that our technician did not meet your expectations. We strive to make ALL of customers happy, but sometimes we come up short in our heartfelt endeavors - after all, we are human beings as well. We spoke to the technician that did this work, and he said that you gave him a $20.00 tip. Which would be indicative that you were happy with the work he performed. In the future, please feel free to contact us if you have ANY problems with our field staff and we will do whatever we can reasonably do to meet your expectations."
"While we appreciate the fact that you think and or believe that you were "ripped off," please know that it costs us a lot of money to send an electrician out to your house. We have to not only pay for his salary, worker's comp. insurance, payroll taxes, gasoline for the vehicle he drives, insurance and registration on the trucks, maintenance, business insurance, licensing fees, and other government imposed fees in order to keep our doors open. On top of all that, we need to make a profit to stay in business. Apparently, you don't understand these facts. Obviously, you have never ran a business or had to meet a payroll. Otherwise, your "lose" would be understandable by you. No one from SOUTHWEST Electric "forced" you to pay anything. You paid for a service that we provided - that is it. Plain and simple. The fact that you did not have the knowledge or experience to troubleshoot your own electrical issues, is immaterial. You paid for our knowledge and experience. And, at $129.00, believe me, we did not make whole lot after expenses. In fact, that barley covers our direct costs. There are other electrical contractors in this town that charge in excess of $500 for the same work we did for you - and you got only charged $129.00. My suggestion is this, next time you have an electrical problem, call around and get estimates over the phone - and you will see that our rates are very reasonable."
"There is an old saying that goes: "You get what you pay for." This is the quintessential example of just that. The fees you paid for the work that was done, was not only cheap, but an outright give away. The electrician that we sent out gets paid very well by the hour, and we expect him to move fast and get the work completed in a safe, and code compliant manner. It is not his responsibility to keep track your animals and make sure that they don't run out on the street. We are not there to baby sit your animals. Moreover, your house is very old and in dire need of major renovations and upgrades. We can only do what we can with the limited time you paid for. This service under normal circumstances, would have costs three or four times as much as what you paid. But, you got a very good deal for the services we provided. I suggest that next time you should get multiple bids from licensed contractors before complaining about how dissatisfied you were after spending $181.00 for OVER two (2) hours of work plus materials from our company. And just so you know, the electrician that went to your house gets paid very well and we not only pay for his salary, worker's comp. insurance, payroll taxes, gasoline for the vehicle he drives, insurance and registration on the trucks, maintenance, business insurance, licensing fees, and other government imposed fees in order to keep our doors open - we need to make a profit to stay in business. Apparently, you don't understand these facts. Obviously, you have never ran a business or had to meet a payroll. Otherwise, you would be understandable as into why this project went the direction it did."

"Hi: We are very sorry that you did not read the fine print in the $79 deal. It was very clear that the new outdoor outlet had to be within 12" of the new location of the outdoor outlet. We would have been very happy to provide with you quote if you wanted it installed ten (10') feet away. But, as stated above, the fine print was VERY clear that it was within 12" of an existing outlet. Also, we tried to communicate with you numerous times BEFORE going to your home but we were not successful in our endeavors. We wanted to make sure you understood what you were paying for, but you never bothered to call us back. Good luck on your project, and I suggest you read ALL of the fine print before purchasing another deal - especially if it is only $79. Thank you and good luck next time."
"Thank you for the nice Grade! We appreciate it."

"We are very sorry that you were unable to give us an 'A' grade. We certainly hope that perhaps in the future, we can earn your trust and business again and demonstrate that in fact, we are an 'A' company. Please do not hesitate to call upon us to try and make you a much happier and satisfied customer. We wish you all the best and hope that someday we can gain your full confidence in our abilities to perform."
