carpet cleaners
 + -1 moreTheir cleaning technician missed three appointments in a row. I called after each time, and they set another appointment. After the third time, I did not want to make another appointment, so the owner came right to my house. I produced a coupon, which he would not take because it had expired. If they would have made the first appointment, the coupon would have still been good. The owner did a respectable job, but I will still never call them again.
Description of Work: Solutions Carpet Care cleaned the carpets in the living room, family room, and den.
