My son-in-law replaced the fill valve on my master bedroom toilet and afterwards the water wouldn’t turn back on. It was 2:30pm on Friday afternoon so you can imagine my surprise when I called Sin City Plumbing and they offered to have someone to my home before 5pm. Robert arrived about 1 hour later and found the problem was a defective water valve that controlled the water to the toilet. He carefully explained what needed to be done. He finished the job and carefully checked to be sure the toilet was flushing properly. Then, he checked the valve in my 2nd bathroom because he was concerned with the age of the defective valve that it might be a problem, too, but it was in good condition. I am so thrilled to have found a plumber who is fair and has my best interest in mind, one whom I trust, and a plumber I feel comfortable calling in the future for my plumbing needs. Thank you to everyone, especially Robert, who was professional, friendly, and very personable.

Uda and David worked quickly and professionally. Did a great job. Explained everything as they went along. Carefully check the final operation. Made some recommendations for future needs.

Sin City Plumbing removed the valve and stated it was not needed.  After removing the valve which they said I did not need, that had been installed in my home since it was new, my bathroom foundation was hot and we could hear water running.  Called back Sin City Plumbing who returned and stated we had a slab leak under the foundation.  Sin City Plumbing sent their plumber back to repair the leak at no charge to replace the broken line.  After he stated the work was complete, a leak was still detected and another call to Sin City Plumbing.  After cutting 9 large holes total throughout my house and damaging my electrical circuit while they were drilling for the new pipes, the work has finally been completed.  They also caused damage to electrical components when the power surged while their plumber was drilling and apparently damaged an electrical wire.  After completing their plumbing work I am left with severe damage to my home.  Their insurance company, Farmers Insurance, has offered to pay a very small fraction of the cost to repair the damages caused by their insured.  I am pursuing recourse with the Nevada State Contractors Board and am currently waiting for a report from their investigator.  I am anticipating having to file legal action against Sin City Plumbing.
