They are punctual ,professional and knowledgeable, but also are very pricey. They cleaned up after themselves and were polite and neat while on the premises.

My shower was leaking and I had to use a crescent wrench to get them to shut off all the way. When they came out they didn't have the right size so they had to go and get the correct size(at Home Depot) for the shower. The guy was super-nice too, but when they went to get the part, they charged me again to come back with the part to finish the job. Before I do anything else I am going to call them and see if I can get it straightened out before I give them a final report and grade.

They came out and fixed what needed to be fixed in a reasonable amount of time. They were professional and prompt. I would recommend them and use them again.

The service is great; very communicative. There is just no way to make the numbers work out. For example. If the faucet is $140 and $70 service call...then there is $279 in additional labor?!

He arrived here right after I made a call within 45 minutes to an hour on prompt time. He was very courteous to do his job. We will recommend him to anyone who asks for the plumbing job.

I did not like this company will not ever use again. I was told what they thought the problem was and that it would only cost $3,500. I told them I did not have that kind of money so the one man phoned his boss and said they could come down to $2000.00. I said that was still too much. Bells went off for me when they could bargain with you instead of sticking to one price. Then they said they could fix the leak and it was only a band aid for the problem. I needed the leak fixed. My water bill was sky high, so I told them to go ahead and fix it. They only charged me $900. The one younger man was rude to me when I called them back because the pipe was still leaking. They wanted to charge me $200 for showing up but I had talked to a lady at the company and had told them that and was not charged. The pipe started to leak again and I went to the phone book and called another company. They came out, told me what the problem was, and fixed it. It was the same problem the other company wanted to charge me $3500 for and they charged me $1200 for the entire repair. They were polite, fast and gave me a price I could live with. Like my brother said when I told him about the incident: they saw you coming. I suppose they will spin it their way. All I know is that this was the most frustrating two months of any kind of repair problem I ever went through.

When I called I was greeted by a pleasant voice. The operator scheduled someone to come out the next day. Our water heater had started leaking. While he was checking that out, we asked him to look at our leaking bathroom faucet. He suggested we replace it. When he returned to install the water heater he also installed the new faucet. He cleaned up completely and left no trash anywhere. We were very pleased.

I was very happy with the service call. The technician was very polite. The scheduler called me 45 minutes before the tech was to arrive at my home nice touch. I wish more service providers did that.

The plumber was polite and professional, but I'm still experiencing the problem, just less often. They may have to come back to perform the work properly. I felt the price of the work was outrageously high, considering all he did was pull one piece out of the top of the faucet and put in a new one. It took 20 minutes total.

Silver Star Plumbing was about 45 minutes late in arriving and charged me for an estimate, that they didn't say was going to cost me. They wound up telling me that they couldnt install the hot water softener, after all. They did take off the hot water device and for this they charged a whopping $187. It was $117 for the removal and another $70 for the estimate. They left a mess in my house. They were very responsive to my initial inquiries, but weren't very professional in their work ethic or clean up.

The guy from Silver Star arrived exactly when we asked him to. He was respectful and responsible. The work was done correctly and we have not had any problems since the re-installation. I have used this service several times and would refer them to a friend.

This is one of the top of the line toilets. The plumber who installed the job was very good. He took a while, talked on his phone, and even took a break, but the job was clean and well done. He showed up on time and was not too overpriced for the quality of work they do.

They were very personable and through. They answered all my stupid questions without making me feel stupid for asking them. I did not feel like I flushed my money down the drain like I have sometimes before when I used other plumbing companies. I do not remember the price I paid for the service, but it was very fair and reasonable.

Silver Star did a great job! Me and my family had to go and stay at a hotel because of the inconvenience that came with that treacherous weather. I was shocked that the plumber came so quick. If this type of situation would ever occur again, I would definitely know who to call.

The worker showed up on time. He knew exactly what he needed to do to fix the problem. It took him about an hour to complete the task. I had no problems with them. It was a very good experience. They do operate on a flat rate program for billing. I was not too happy with that, but it is pretty normal now a days so I let that one slide.

Silver Star was very quick. As soon as I called, they came right away and got started. The price was just a little steep, but the work was definitely well worth it. Silver Star's plumbers were true professionals in their own right. They really know how to get the job done!

I thought that the serviceman was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained to me that he would try flushing out my system to see if that would fix the problem and if it didn't that we would need a whole new system. I am glad that flushing the system worked. He was here for just a short time and told me that he couldn't wait for the two hours that it would take to recycle but if the unit still wasn't working to give him a call.

There was quite the job to be done here and they were more than willing to do it. We actually had received another estimate from a company and they wanted to charge an unbelievable amount because they had said there was so much work to be done. Now these guys had no problems what so ever. They were very professional, cordial and even wore booties while in my home. The price that they charged me was for labor only as we had already purchased our unit ourselves.

Only problem I had was that one call got directed to a answering service and was not returned, which, when the work was scheduled he showed up right on time, caused unforeseen delay in service. They did a great job and have not had a problem since. He was very knowledgeable about the procedure and had everything there to do the job right the first time.

Other than the price, and the installers inability to find the cartridge that was he supposed to replace, the service was OK. The installer was on time, very courteous and respectful. It was a very clean cut job.
